The Divorce-inator: Arnold & Maria Splitsville – “I Won’t Be Back”

By Debbie Schlussel

Two people I can’t stand–Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver–are getting divorced.  So sad, too bad.  Both are liberal Democrats, one of whom cross-dressed as a Republican governor for several years and kinda played a double agent in out-liberaling true liberals and making Jerry Brown look down-right right-wing in comparison.  Oh, and he was upset that SS mastermind Kurt Waldheim was on the no-fly list and couldn’t attend the “I Married a Kennedy” nuptials

(Arnold Drawing from My Wacky Packs Collection)

The thing is, this lends to so many cool double entendres and take-offs on Ahnolt movie titles and lines, but I already used most of ’em in the title to this post:

*  “The Divorce-inator”

*  “Kindergarten Husband”

*   “I Won’t Be Back”

*  “Hasta La Vista (In Divorce Court), Baby”

*  “Terminator 2:  Divorce Judgment Day”

*  “The Running Man”

*  “Arnold the Barbarian”

*  (No Longer) “Twins”

*  “The Expendables”

You know, a wedding where an SS official who murdered thousands of Jews is on the guest list–that ain’t exactly an omen of long-term wedded bliss. And don’t forget that this chump, Arnold of Cauliflowernia, pardoned the murderer son of his liberal Democrat crony. Scumbag.

The really sad thing is . . . they are only separating from each other and not from public life and the rest of us.

We can only hope they will fade quickly away.

My son does a kick-ass impression of Arnold as a Jamaican Rasta:
Dig it!
Dig it, I said!
Dig it…IMMEDIATELY!
Don’t you understand? I am Guvenor of California!
Dig it!
etc etc etc.

Its poetic justice…. who says people who get away with it don’t get back what is coming to them?

Oh, they do!

Ka-ching!

If only he had done this before he became governor. Then she wouldn’t have gotten to staff his government after his first mid term defeat.

Today, I’m disgusted w/ him, but the first 2 years of his first term, he was okay.

Infidel Pride on May 10, 2011 at 3:12 am

He was nothing but a burned out body builder who impersonated an actor. By the time Arnold ran for governor, his movie career was effectively at an end anyway. I suspect that Maria was the one who walked out, since he no longer served a purpose for her.

So just like other political marriages it lasted as long as needed for an election.

ender on May 10, 2011 at 9:56 am

    That was MY thought too. Ahnold is out of office, so Maria is out of the house. She learned her political wifey lessons well from the Kennedys. Now I wish they would both disappear.

I’m with “ender.” Sounds like this was an arrangement, just like Hillary and Bill.

I’m through with these phony celeb conservatives like Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Kid Schlock, and the such.

Of course, this does not include CHUCK NORRIS of course!

I have always disliked this nasty fraud. I never took him seriously even as an AK-TOR.

I am proud to say I have NEVER seen an AS film. EVER.

Never wanted to. Even “Terminator”.

I will never forget him helping that scum who killed that kid. What a doooosh.

    Dear Skunky,

    you aren’t, you know. I did see the Terminator, but he disgusted me as Governor. Actually, I knew CA was failing in 1992, and left when my training was over—June 18, 1993.

    Occam's Tool on May 10, 2011 at 4:51 pm

    As long as you’ve seen the Toasters in operation, you have a pretty good idea about the Terminators.

    Macker on May 11, 2011 at 1:02 am

I don’t know whom I dislike more: Maria Shriver (who is a Kennedy) or Ahnuld, who went off the deep end years ago, out libbing and out spending the libs. Good riddance to both of them. Arnold’s pardoning that criminal and then refusing to speak to the parents of the victim was terrible.

“The Sixth Day,” I must admit, was pretty good libertarian sci-fi. Arnold — actually there were two Arnolds — was convincing.

Seek on May 10, 2011 at 11:11 am

If I follow some of the leftist arguments regarding the Obaminator’s eligibility to be President, I could conclude that Arnold could run for President.

Scary, huh?

The Gropenator!! It’s amazing they lasted 25 years.

Truth on May 10, 2011 at 12:04 pm

I’m surprised they lasted this long considering her looks. Thing is I saw some shots of him a couple years ago w/o shirt and laughed at how much flab I saw. I remember years ago thinking she needed to get her teeth fixed, and then when she did I realized it didn’t help her that much.

HEY GIRLIEMAN, GO BACK TO AUSTRIA, YA NAZI SYMPATHIZING SACK OF FECES!

Bob Porrazzo on May 11, 2011 at 2:57 pm

OK Bob P at 2:57 pm, don’t hold back now buddy, tell us how you really feel! 😉 Though I think most would agree.

Ah-nulled was a crappy actor for sure but I guess that was part of the fun of his movies. All show, no substance. Nothing to get seriously involved in, just a lot of guns, cars, explosions and stuff, movie’s over, back to the real world. If you were looking for ‘Casablanca’ you came to the wrong place.

As for Goober-Nator of Golly-fun-yah! I wonder if he would have been any better without a liberal Kennedy constantly (jabbing) at his side.
…maybe if she’d only left him a lot sooner…oh, well
Guess the world will never know.
