More Desperate But Not Serious: FBI Turns the Other Cheek on European Terrorists

By Debbie Schlussel
These British Muslim terrorists are on trial for planning to blow up thousands of Americans on planes to the U.S., using liquid and battery explosives.
But even as they are on trial, incompetent FBI Director and Minister of Pan-Islamist PC, Robert Mueller, is in London, bragging about how America will continue to let their kind into our country, visa-free.
I’ve been writing about and decrying the Visa Waiver program for eons on this site (see also here). But even as more and more Islamic terrorists from allied countries go on trial, we continue to grant more such allied countries’ Islamic citizens the privilege of entering America without much of a background check or adequate scrutiny.

Terrorists with a Common Bond by David Lunde

And while the terror trial of British citizens–British Muslim terrorists who were bent on killing us–continues, Robert Mueller thinks we should not only continue to let them in, but to continue to expand the program, as Michael “Serpenthead” Chertoff has.
Desperate But Not Serious:

LONDON – The United States will not restrict visa-free travel for European tourists, despite a growing number of terrorist plots involving European citizens, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller said Monday.
Mueller said the United States had to strike “a difficult balance” between openness and security, but insisted there were no plans to cut back the visa waiver program that allows citizens of many European Union countries to enter the United States without visas.
“If you had had the same discussions as I have with my State Department you would know that nothing is going to happen to visa waiver in the near future,” Mueller told an audience at the Chatham House think tank in London. “In fact there are additional countries that are being admitted to that program.”
The visa waiver program excludes Greece and most of the eastern European nations that joined the EU in 2004. Countries including Estonia, Latvia and the Czech Republic have recently signed bilateral deals with Washington that should qualify them for the program later this year.
EU officials hope to persuade the United States to extend the program to all 27 members of the bloc, but have resisted U.S. requests that they in turn provide more passenger data and adopt new security measures, including air marshals on trans-Atlantic flights.
Mueller acknowledged that a number of foiled terrorist plots involved European nationals. Eight British men are currently on trial in London for allegedly plotting to blow up trans-Atlantic passenger planes in flight.
Mueller said he could not comment on that case while the trial was under way, but conceded that the EU’s relaxed borders and other factors presented “a challenge” for U.S. security officials.
“We are where we are with visa waiver. We are where we are with the European Union,” Mueller said. “The breakdown of the borders occurred 10 or 15 years ago and we will never retrench on that, and probably we should not.”

“We are where we are”? We are where we are, so why correct the problem?! Hello . . . .? This guy is the head of the FBI, the chief agency “fighting” terrorism on our soil. What a fricking idiot.
Oh, and here’s the most absurd thing Mueller said. This guy has an active fantasy life, for sure:

Mueller told an audience of academics, security experts and journalists that he believed the battle against al-Qaida-inspired terrorism would be won in a matter of years, rather than decades.
“I don’t think it will be millennia or generations,” said Mueller, who was appointed FBI director days before the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on New York and Washington. “I think we will see victory on my watch.”

He has some land underneath the J. Edgar Hoover joint to sell you.
As reader Mike writes:

ah…..relax…..they’ve got everything under control….NOT!

They racially look more middle-eastern than European terrorists to me unless they are conspiring with the far european right which I highly doubt.

They look more like middle eastern terrorists than Europeans to me. They don’t even identify with the citizens of the country in which they are in. What makes them so European unless they are conspiring with the far right.

Most countries have visa requirements to be allowed to even go as a tourist to them. The notion America should be the only country in the world to waive visas is absurd. Since the program is still in effect, another 9/11 here is simply a matter of time.

After reading numerous articles here and across the Internet on how DHS is protecting the American people from terrorists and illegal immigration, I am beginning to believe that some of our leaders are doing everything they can to ensure another attack on the United States from within by people that should have been prosecuted or deported.
Our Southern Borders are wide open, the FBI spends more time on Muslim PC seminars than tracking and arresting terrorists. Secretary Chertoff has left our borders with Mexico wide open and refuses to build the dual layered fence as required by the Secure Fence Act of 2006. To date, they have only built 10 miles of the dual fence signed into law by GWB and Implemented a virtual border system that does not even function.(I suspect by design)
It is estimated that 1 million illegal aliens come to America crossing our southern borders each year while Chertoff, Meyers and GWB refuse to put our National Guard on the border to stop this invasion.
Yes, invasion, what else would you call 200 armed encounters with the Mexican Military and millions of illegal aliens crossing our borders with impunity last year.
Julie Meyers has refused to prosecute employers for openly hiring illegal aliens instead she puts on show raids going after illegal employees only to have the illegalĂs set loose back into America violating every law on the books. Her biggest accomplishment is throwing parties at the taxpayersĂ expense.
The State Department allows the Visa Waiver program to continue thanks to Condi Rice and GWB with people coming from terrorist countries. The US Attorneys office refuses to prosecute known Terrorists or go after Muslim Charity scams across our country.
I could go on and on about our inept Federal Government and the billions upon billions of dollars they waste on our Nations Security however this whole fiasco is beginning to make me wonder if there is not some kind of agenda being pursued or if it is just gross incompetence on a massive scale.

ICE should be named LIE (Legacy Immigration Enforcement). Everything about ICE is a lie. The published apprehension statistics, empty promises to state and local officers, bogus press releases, criminal arrest reports and Julie Myers’ brag letters are primarily fabrications and/or exaggerations.
Yes ICE does have more administrative and criminal arrests than INS had the last few years before the creation of the Department of Homeland Stupidity. BUT, INS did not make up the numbers. ICE spends billions more dollars and has added many thousands more officers/agents than INS ever had for enforcement and investigations.
In fact the ICE increases are minuscule compared to the huge increase in both budget and personnel under DHS. ICE benefits from multi thousands of local police & and U.S. Border Patrol(CBP) apprehensions. These arrests of undocumented aliens must “pass” through ICE. But ICE simply puts many of these aliens on the bus heading south (voluntary returns). ICE double and triple dips their arrest and apprehensions numbers to the press and to congressional committees. But neither Congress nor the public care. Immigration enforcement is the most difficult and thankless job in the federal government. But ICE is a LIE. At least INS kept it real.

What a nice gene pool. If I looked like any of those pit-dwelling, brain-dead Neanderthals, I’d kill myself, too….but I wouldn’t take a bunch of innocent people with me.
And, can you imagine what their family reunion picnics must look like?! EEEEEEEEEGAAAAAAAAADS….what a horrible thing that must be like.
They can’t possibly have any human DNA. I’m beginning to believe all those reports about extra-terrestrials (like the Klingons and the Romulans) visiting the Earth and copulating with sheep to produce offspring that look like those fucking barbarians in that picture.

Thee_Bruno on April 9, 2008 at 9:06 pm

Whhoooaah! You are very right, Thee_Bruno! What ugly looking mean Fucking bastards! No wonder they’d really want to do that! Am sick & tired of these Sick Fucks who think they can do anything they want in our country. Why are these Sick Fucking bastards given the freedom to harass, terrorize, intimidate & kill peace loving people? They will once again cite their Sick Fucking religion as their guiding light to annihilate infidels. The next terror act will be a lot more gruesome and I say, “why don’t we kill all these Sick Fucks before they do more damage?”
