UK Courts Lean Toward Releasing Palestinian El Al Bomber
Remember the Palestinian “Jordanian” terrorist who put his pregnant fiancee on an El-Al flight with a bomb? Well, if you liked the Scottish release of Libyan Lockerbie bombing terrorist Abdel Basset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi, you’ll love what’s going on with Nezar Nawwaf al-Mansur al-Hindawi .
There’s never been a successful terrorist attack against an El-Al flight, and the Israelis found the bomb before the flight took off from Heathrow Airport. Hindawi was arrested, tried, and convicted, sentenced to 45 years in prison. However, although he’s been in a British prison since 1986, he may soon get out, despite the fact that his bomb would have killed the nearly 400 passengers aboard. Reportedly, Hindawi’s stupid White girl fiancee, Anne-Marie Murphy, didn’t know about the bomb, and per usual, Hindawi was willing to murder his own baby to murder Jews and Israelis.
A man jailed for 45 years for plotting to blow up an Israeli airliner has won a legal challenge against UK government refusals to allow his early release.
Jordanian Nezar Hindawi was jailed in 1986 after planting a bomb in his fiancee’s hand luggage for a flight from London Heathrow to Tel Aviv.
The Parole Board has recommended release but successive governments have rejected its advice.
The High Court ruling does not mean Hindawi will be freed immediately.
A further hearing will be held to decide whether the Supreme Court should now make a final ruling, or whether the justice secretary should be ordered to reconsider his decision.
Hindawi’s 45-year sentence is believed to be the longest specific jail term imposed by an English court.
In Friday’s hearing, two senior judges quashed decisions by Justice Secretary Ken Clarke and his predecessor, Jack Straw, who refused to accept the Parole Board advice.
The judges ruled that Hindawi, 56, was subjected to a “flawed and unfair” decision-making process.
HUH???? The man tried to blow up a plane full of people and would have succeeded but for excellent El-Al security people trained to find bombs like his.
The BBC’s Danny Shaw says it seems this ruling will pave the way for Hindawi’s release and eventual deportation back to Jordan, and there will be further legal submissions on the case next week.
He said the Parole Board had found that Hindawi had shown insight into his offending behaviour and remorse for all his intended victims, in particular his fiancee and her daughter.
WHAT? His only “remorse” is for getting caught and the bomb plot not having succeeded. Are these Brits that clueless? Apparently, yes.
He added that the plot had caused a diplomatic row when it emerged that Hindawi had been trained by Syrian intelligence, who had also provided the bomb.
Oh, yes, wouldn’t wanna upset those peaceful Syrians. So, they trained a Palestinian Islamic terrorist to bomb an El-Al flight? But anyway . . . .
This is why the West is losing and will continue to lose against the Islamic threat. We’re not even battling it. We’re giving in to it willingly, without barely a salvo from the other side. We stand by as moronic judges and politicians open our borders wide open for these people, bend over backward–and forward–for them and their intolerance, and then try their darnedest to appease terrorists who are nothing more than cold-blooded, Islam-motivated mass murderers.
As I always say, America (and the rest of the West) . . . Desperate But Not Serious.

25 years out of 45 is only (roughly) 56%… What’s the UK standard deduction for “good behavior”?!… Half?!…
