Cankles Makes Surprise Appearance on “SNL”

By Debbie Schlussel
**** UPDATE: Video Here ****
Hmmm . . . Things must really be getting desperate. Last week, it was Mike Huckabee. And tonight, as I write this, Hillary Rodham Cankles Clinton is on my TV screen in a surprise appearance on “Saturday Night Live” along with her impersonator, Amy Poehler. And they’re wearing the same ugly brown blazer.
Gotta hand it to her. This was a smart move. She has nothing to lose and everything to gain in Texas and Ohio by being there. Gotta wonder, though, just how many SNL viewers are voters in the Democratic (or any) primary.
We shall see. . . but I doubt it will make enough of a difference for her. I never thought I’d say this, but–as much as I despise Cankles–given the choice I much prefer her as the less evil of two lessers to pan-Islamo-Marxist B Hussein O, so I encourage you who live in Ohio and Texas and other states voting Tuesday who are reading this to cross over and vote for her in the Democratic primary if you can.

Cankles, the Real Thing & As Played by SNL’s Amy Poehler

**** UPDATE: I’m not a fan of SNL, which I rarely watch and which has been unbearably terrible in recent years, er . . . decades. And while tonight is no exception to that observation, “TV Funhouse: The Obama Files” animated cartoon about Barack Hussein Obama, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton wasn’t completely bad. Got stupid and went on too long, but the beginning had the right idea. Will post if I can find a copy.

Debbie–
Maybe you are missing the forest for the trees here.
No argument that both Hillary and Obama are awful. However, Obama’s mission is to remove the Clintons from public life–and I say Godspeed in that.
THEN–It is up to Team R to defeat him in the general election, where he will no longer be able to hide behind platitudes and BS.
[RR: YOU ARE FAR MORE OPTIMISTIC IN THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE AMERICAN ELECTORATE THAN I. I PREDICT THAT IF OBAMA IS THE NOMINEE, HE WILL BE THE PRESIDENT. MCCAIN WILL NOT BEAT HIM. I HOPE I AM WRONG. I FEAR I AM NOT. DS]

If Obama gets elected….out of the frying pan, and into a fire worse than even Hillary could make.

I agree that if Obama wins the nomination he will probably become president, because lots of conservatives in the base will never vote for him, even if prominent talk show hosts promote his candidacy. The only way McCain could win is if the Rezko case explodes.
I’m not sure I see a substantial difference between Hillary & Obama. Granted Obama has more unsavory connections, but Bill has plenty of unsavory Muslim connections also and in practice I think both of them would appease our Muslim enemies, just like Carter, Bill Clinton, and the Bushes. Every president from Carter on, barring none, has appeased Iran.

I still believe that BHO is the lesser of the 2 evils — he’s shaping up as the first African-American Jimmy Carter, as opposed to the first female FDR/LBJ Demo-machine politician (with 8 years of out-of-power hatred stored up to spur her on.)

Obviously I meant lots of conservatives would never vote for McCain.

On another site someone pointed out that the skit should have also included Obama’s minister and Louis F.
I agree!

Both Hillary and Obama are horrible and I am NOT convinced that Hillary is the lesser of the two evils here. Hillary if a feminist marxist. That is better?? Betty Friedan was a heterosexual women who was a propagandist for Stalin before she wrote her book. Feminsm at it’s core is marxism. Feminists are viciously antisemitic because the Jewish Bible does not play into the feminsts idea of women always being the victim of men and/or for men to do exactly what women say regardless of what they say or else (the case with Eve) and holds them accountable for their action and it also recognizes differences between the genders in terms of talents and the obvious and the different roles Abraham and Sarah played which both were very important but different. I have seen this myself in the workplace as, the feminists, the men they usually hate the most of course are Religious Jewish Men which I undersand although it is sad that even Religious Jewish women have more compassion for even antisemitic women over Jewish men. It is sad.
But I am not conviced that Obama would do better then Hillary election wise. I understand Hillary has this schrill voice that scares women as well but aren’t there more women then african americans and some of the women are going to vote for hillary just because she is a women and because McCain is too weak to impress them. It is sad what the Democrat party has become And the Republican has this I don’t know what in McCain although he is certainlly better then Obama/Hillary.

I live in Texas. I will not “cross over” to vote for Hillary Clinton. I will not “cross over” to vote for Obama, either. They’re both bad.
I will vote for a Republican candidate. I am a registered Republican.
Enough said.
