Underwhelming: New “Indiana Jones” Movie Trailer Out Today
By Debbie Schlussel
**** UPDATE: Trailer Posted Below ****
The trailer for the latest installment of Indiana Jones movies, “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” is out, today. It debuted, today, on “Good Morning America,” and **** UPDATE: I’ve posted it below. ****
If you ask me, it’s kind of underwhelming. I expected more. Judge for yourself. As I noted previously, the plot of this movie is Indie vs. the Communists. My fave was the first one. The scenes of Nazis faces melting when they opened the ark and the snakes under the Pyramids in Egypt were priceless and can’t be outdone.
I’m hoping to like this latest Indie film. But it will be hard to suspend belief with a 65-year-old Harrison Ford still doing stunts like this. As you can see in the trailer, the movie acknowledges and pokes fun at that.
