This woman and her husband are everything that’s soooo wrong about America. There’s really no comment necessary for this, other than to mention the background story that the woman in question, Cathy Cruz Marrero, has a criminal rap sheet, including theft, hit-and-run, and recent charges that she fraudulently used co-workers’ credit cards. So, now, authorities believe she and her hubby plotted to do this for the lawsuit moolah. She’s hired a lawyer and is claiming emotional distress over the video. Cha-ching . . . and splash. You gotta watch the whole thing. The pay-off is Marrero with her wimp of a hubby. We know who wears the (soaked) pants in that marriage.

Looking closer at the video you can see she has to lift her left leg waaay up to tumble into the water OVER THE wall. Total b.s. She couldn’t even fake cry the right way. Total set up for the money. Watch there will be a trend of filling in these types of fountains now that this dumb bitch did this and wants her lawsuit money. Like how now you cant use the bathroom in most small businesses now because of the frivilous lawsuits over bathrooms not being clean enough or up to some code. I hate stuff like this.

My husband said the same thing… I did not notice the leg lift the first time, but she definitely lifted that leg. My husband said if she truly “fell” she would have lost her balance and fell backward, or worse yet, knocked her head up against the wall of the fountain. He thought maybe she was trying to get into AFV, or looking for a law suit.

As someone who has biffed it in public a couple of times, I can certainly feel for her. I am a clutz, so I would never text while walking because it simply is not safe and would probably end up worse than her fiasco. The fact is, there really is nothing funnier than watching someone fall. You never want to see someone get hurt, but I have had some of my greatest laughter at the expense of someone’s fall. She just needs to chill out and learn to laugh at herself.

Just wait.This insanity will continue because the courts instead of throwing this case out will let it continue until a settlement is reached. If this was an Obama eligibility case it would have been thrown into the garbage.
