FINALLY, UndieBomber Gives Us Accurate Definition of “Moderate Muslim”

By Debbie Schlussel

Islamic terrorist Underwear Bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and Anthony Chambers, the lawyer now assisting Abdulmutallab in his legal defense, have an absurd new defense to trying to blow up a plane full of people.  It’s hidden in a motion to get Abdulmutallab’s former lawyer, the execrable Miriam Siefer, to turn over his complete file to him.  Check out the statement in item #6  in the latest court filing by Abdulmutallab & Chambers. And therein, I think we’ve finally found an accurate definition of the oxymoronic phrase, “moderate Muslim”: the bomb wouldn’t have worked.

Definition of Moderate Muslim: “The Bomb Wouldn’t Have Worked!”

They claim that the bomb–if it had worked–wouldn’t have actually blown up the plane.  Abdulmutallab admits that he attempted to destroy the plane, but says that since it wouldn’t have worked, he should go free.  If this were a successful legal defense, every failed bank robber, murderer, etc. would go free, and our jails would be empty. Regardless, intent, which he admits, is the key element here–NOT whether or not the bomb was dysfunctional.

The alleged attempt to blow up a Detroit-bound airliner on Christmas day in 2009 may have been impossible, according to a new court filing in U.S. District Court in Detroit.

Defense attorney Anthony Chambers, who is serving as stand-by counsel to Umar Farouk Adbulmutallab, the Nigerian passenger accused of trying to blow up the airliner using hidden explosives in his underwear, is trying to get the complete file on his client from the federal defender’s office.

In a motion filed Monday, Chambers wrote that the file contains “expert information which disputes the government’s allegations and furthermore, that the alleged attempt to ‘destroy an aircraft’ was impossible!”

Um, good luck with that, chump.  A few hundred innocent Americans who were on that plane almost lost their lives.

Debbie,
Good reporting again as usual.

Just one comment/correction. It’s section 5 not 6 that you’re referring to.

michael on January 13, 2011 at 11:51 am

I still don’t understand why this chump is being tried in a civilian court.

We no longer have a “War On Terror” – politically correct Bush Era lingo that concealed the fact terrorism IS an Islam Job.

Today’s its viewed as nothing different than an ordinary crime. Now we’re at the absurd point where a Muslim terrorist like Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, who tried to blow up a plane full of innocent passengers, gets more rights than Americans do.

Attorney General Eric Holder tells us the enemies of our civilization should be afforded the protection of our Constitution. Remember, he comes from the same crowd that says conservatives shouldn’t have ANY free speech rights and yet Muslim terrorists deserve full due process of law!

Its disgusting. During World War II, no one in this country thought it fit to give Nazi German and Japanese saboteurs constitutional rights. They were tried and convicted in military courts AND executed and we don’t have the guts to do that today and that’s why we’re losing the war against Islam.

NormanF on January 13, 2011 at 12:58 pm

The only “moderate” Muslims are dead Muslims – if you step out of line, like Pakistan’s Punjab Governor did, you’re a dead man. Just for thinking that Islam doesn’t need to be defended from blasphemy.

So the phrase is really an oxymoron. The rest of them – plain Muslims are all extreme and murderous and we should never forget it.

NormanF on January 13, 2011 at 12:49 pm

I remember such a test being performed in the U.K. The only problem with it was that the old airliner being used was on the ground(not in the air with lower air pressure)in an unpressurized cabin. When a plane is at high altitude and pressurized, it bulges outward to some extent like a balloon. This would magnify the enhance the damage of any explosive used, due to the already existent pressure pushing outwards. Finally, al-Qaeda does have more than a casual acquaintance with airliners.

And this is why I, Debbie and many others on this site have said that we need to do some type of crack down on muslim immigration. Where not saying muslims can’t come into our country, were only claiming muslims from radical terrorist countries shouldn’t come here, because we all know what their capable of doing, they try to do some type of plot, they try to use the laws against us and want to impose sharia theocratic law in this country (which won’t happen in my lifetime unless more and more of us speak out and stop them).

The fact is, there using religion as a trojan horse, and you all know the story of the “Trojan Horse”! The greeks build a large wooden horse on wheels, it was big enough that the greek soldiers hid inside the wooden horse and was real quiet, finally all of the trojans went to sleep and then the greek soldiers came out of the wooden horse and killed the guards on the walls. The greeks got in because the walls were torn down, there was a big battle and the greeks won, all the trojan men were killed, all of the women and children were taken back to Greece as slaves. That’s who the militant islamist in this country are, they are like the greek soldiers from the story, the Trojan Horse!

“A nation is identified by it’s borders, language & culture!”

Sean, you are correct about the Trojan Horse, but I think that Fifth Column is a more apt analogy.

Richard on January 14, 2011 at 4:54 pm

So, it comes down to if I am a failure, I am a moderate. I am just waiting for the moderate armed robbers, rapists, and murderers to try this one.

Worry01 on January 13, 2011 at 3:51 pm

How about attempting to discharge an ***unloaded*** weapon? It ALMOST worked, it terrorized hundreds upon hundreds of people, but because it didn’t work, and some argue that it couldn’t have possibly worked – the guy goes free!

No, he’s not a terrorist. He was just playing. He kneeew that the bomb wouldn’t work and only pretended.

It’s not that he’s an absolute cretin who didn’t assemble/ detonate the bomb properly (B”H). No, the guy didn’t do anything wrong.

What a moronic defense. I believe that criminal supsects should have the right to a defense attorney, but this kind of BS takes the PC too far. Way too far.

Mike on January 13, 2011 at 4:08 pm

Of course it is a ridiculous defense, but none of us will be on the jury. It looks to me like the defense is counting on two things: jury nullification (or a variant, the dumbing down of the population, making it possible for them to go along with this), and the inability of the government or the disinclination of the government much of the time to try a case adequately. Coupled with maneuvering about what represents a jury of his peers. I don’t think we’ll descend to meaning that there should be all terrorists on the jury, but you know what I mean.

Little Al on January 13, 2011 at 4:58 pm

This is like the muslim bitch in Australia who tried to destroy a police officer’s career by claiming he grabbed at her face rag. When the security cam proved otherwise, her lawyer claimed that she couldn’t be sentenced because no one could prove it was her in the rag cage because no one could see her face!

Don’t waste our time, you idiots!

How Funny on January 13, 2011 at 5:22 pm

The bomb didn’t go off, so therefore he is innocent? I wonder if this is giving Faisal Shahzad’s legal team any ideas. Or for that matter, Mohamed Osman Mohamud’s.

I’m sure the hags on The View are wondering about the underwear bomber: briefs or boxers?

Not Ovenready on January 14, 2011 at 12:09 pm

Thanks Irving, although as I said “all those that support what you say have no bearing on me and my life and in any case I don’t value their opinions”
but I never heard of the man, nor of his bulletin board.

“I planned to write posts under Christian names and pit you against Christian values which do not necessarily correspond to your values”

Listen to this lying, deceiving, Muslim. Just like his prophet taught him, isn’t that magical?

“under Christian names”

First of all, do not think you are fooling anyone with your “Christian” posts. The only one you are fooling is yourself and those who are bound by God’s wrath, ei. other muslims. youtube, yahoo, and other blogs are chock full of the Mahometistae pretending to be Christians/Jews/atheists/etc..in order to TRICK people and LIE to people.

Obviously, honesty is NOT the best policy in Islam; Muslims try to indoctrinate people into their pagan cult using their taqqia laced dawaa. AL HAQQ is something Muslims DO NOT have, nor will ever have. peacful muslims can NEVER be honest when talking about their religion (the hamas charter is a little honest, and al Queda seem sincere in their actions – but those guys aint pecful, their just Muslim) peacful muslims are either completly ignorant of their religion, or they lie about their religion, only two options are possible here since they are PEACFUL. Muslims who want to humiliate an kill all non muslims are simply honest and consistent with the Quran

– you are an exemplar of your religion my friend, and an exemplar of the TRUTH LACKING in Islam. You literally HAVE TO LIE in order to make ANY progress! This is truly sad and pathetic::

yea yea! the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live Ecc 9.

Second, there are many sites and bloggers out there documenting frauds and charlatan Muslims such as yourself whom try to pull a veil over non Muslim eyes by pretending they are Christians or Jews or fellow non Muslims, and misrepresenting what Christians Jews and Muslims believe. It is becoming a widespread phenomenon for many bloggers to notice that the Mahometistae are employing their man made tactics of deceit on a regular basis, and the Christians and atheists they “thought” they were corresponding with turn out to be a Mahometistae, or their correspondence ends with a “great islamic conversion” after a week of correspondence! how magical. It is completely disgusting that the only way the Mahometistae gets a convert is by misrepresenting their religion! Just like Mahmet did over and over again in order to trick, subjugate, and butcher non Muslims!

Ok…Thank you my friend for exposing your false religion to me, time and time again. Maybe you can now blow away (not like c4, but like the wind) to yahoo and pretend to be a Christian just to stir up some ’emotion’ from Christians, Jews, non muslims, etc…you know, to “pit” them against each other – same wicked, deplorable, and ungodly method your pagan prophet used in order to win the battle of the Trench (among the countless other wicked acts your ungodly prophet engaged in).

Debbie is a cougar.

There are hundreds of us out here reading (but not “commenting”).

Oh and look here! 10 minutes of ahadit searches turns out these wonderful hadits:

Bukhari Volume 9, Book 84, Number 64:

Narrated ‘Ali: “Whenever I tell you a narration from Allah’s Apostle, by Allah, I would rather fall down from the sky than ascribe a false statement to him, but if I tell you something between ME AND YOU (not a Hadith) then it was indeed a TRICK (i.e., I MAY say things just to CHEAT my enemy). No doubt I heard Allah’s Apostle saying, “During the last days there will appear some young foolish people who will say the best words but their faith will not go beyond their throats (i.e. they will have no faith) and will go out from (leave) their religion as an arrow goes out of the game. So, where-ever you find them, kill them, for who-ever kills them shall have reward on the Day of Resurrection.”

Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 369:
Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah: Allah’s Apostle said, “Who is willing to kill Ka’b bin Al-Ashraf who has hurt Allah and His Apostle?” Thereupon Muhammad bin Maslama got up saying, “O Allah’s Apostle! Would you like that I kill him?” The Prophet said, “Yes,” Muhammad bin Maslama said, “Then allow me to SAY a (FALSE) thing (i.e. to DECEIVE Kab). “The Prophet said, “You may say it.” Then Muhammad bin Maslama went to Kab and said…[ie. lied, than killed Kab]”

– and that’s JUST imam Bukhari! Your Quran will contain verses which speak of allah as a schemer and allow Muslims to lie.

But just make sure you don’t own a pc muslimo-westernized edition in which arabic verses and words have been omitted and/or changed. after all, allahs apostle did say: “He who makes peace between the people by INVENTING good information or saying good things, is NOT a liar.” – Narrated Um Kulthum bint Uqba, Bukhari Volume 3, Book 49, Number 857

Oh really allahs apostle? Is that so? When one is INVENTING information out of thin air they are NOT lying. I see allahs apostle, I see THE path to hell.

Debbie, you are missing the entire point. It is not that he is a “moderate bomber”. Chambers is laying the basis for an entrapment defense. My wife and I relayed our account to you personally last year. You without a doubt know that I witnessed Umar being escorted through security without a passport. If you are paying attention, you also know that in the Portland attempted bombing and the WrigleyField Bombing, the FBI admitted to giving the perpetrators fake bombs. This plot was no different. I am sure that you can add two plus two.
The fact remains that Umar, with a well skilled attorney could be acquitted on an entrapment defense. Intent is not an element of that defense. Why do you think there has not yet been a trial and the defense is not willing to turn over evidence? Trust me when I say I know much more about this story than you do. By the way, I was a passenger on this flight and I am a practicing attorney. I will also be testifying for the defense if this matter goes to trial. Can you figure out why? The U.S. Government played with my life as if I was a pawn in the chess game called the global war on terror. I could have died when Umar’s fake bomb burned over the plane’s gas tank. Usually I like your posts, but on this one Debbie, you completely dropped the ball.
