Jew-Hater Helen Thomas (tHAMAS) Leads Diversity Workshop: Jewish “Leader” Richard Nodel Supports Her

By Debbie Schlussel

It’s the sadly-we’re-not-kidding non-joke joke of the day.

For several weeks, I’ve been getting e-mails from various Muslim-dominated Arab groups in Detroit advertising that Helen Thomas (tHAMAS)–ya know, the hag who told Jews to “go back to Poland and Germany”–was keynoting a “Diversity Workshop.”  It’s kinda like inviting Hitler to keynote a diversity workshop.  But, hey, why quibble with tiny details . . . LIKE A SPEAKER’S BIGOTRY . . . when you are hosting a “Diversity Workshop”?  And, hey, when Arabs–in this case, Arab Detroit–host “workshops” on diversity, their definition of diversity is very broad:  “Sunni or Shi’ite?”  Filthy Jews from Poland and Russia and Israel .  .  . hey, they ain’t human, so they don’t count in the world definition of “diversity.”  The Arab Detroit workshop takes place at Islamo-dominated Byblos Restaurant in Dearbornistan on Thursday.

Not speaking out against this are the usual “guardians” of diversity–as in all of the morondhimmis who comprise the Detroit mainstream media and the far-left, self-appointed Detroit Jewish Community.  In fact, the (unelected) Detroit Jewish Community Council President and all around sleazeball, trailer park owner Richard Nodel, praises Arab support and admiration for Helen Thomas and thinks it’s great that the anti-Israel, tax-funded Arab American National Museum features a Helen Thomas sculpture (which I would imagine will soon crack from looking in the mirror at itself).  Who knows?  We might even find Nodel trolling for his typical choice in concubines at the diversity workshop . . . just to show he’s “down with the struggle.”

Diversity, my friends.  Diversity . . . as taught by Helen tHAMAS.

ha ha ha ha ha… yeah, Helen Thomas doesn’t care what your background is as long as you hate Israel and the Jews.

What should we expect of a Dearborn restaurant when Wayne State University, a public, taxpayer-funded university, failed to rescind or rename an award given in Helen Thomas’ honor for, you guessed it, Diversity. And who was the recipient of WSU- er Wahabbi State University’s Award? None other than Osama Siblani, publisher of the Arab American News, Jew Hater Extraordinaire and Fave of the Clueless Jewless.

Wayne State University has ened the Helen Thomas “diversity award.” Wayne State University said Friday Dec. 3 it will no longer offer an award named in honor of one of its most famous alumni, former White House press corps member Helen Thomas.

The Helen Thomas Spirit of Diversity in the Media award has been retired because of controversial remarks Thomas, an Arab-American, made at a conference Thursday in Dearborn and earlier this year, school officials said. WSU held back on pulling the award in the spring after Thomas responded to a question by saying Jewish people should “get the hell out of Palestine.” She suggested that they “go home” to “Poland, Germany and America and everywhere else,” during the White House’s Jewish Heritage Day event on May 27.

Thomas said at a diversity conference that “Congress, the White House and Hollywood, Wall Street are owned by Zionists. No question, in my opinion.”

Her remarks have cast a shadow over the award, which was set up more than a decade ago to honor diversity and excellence in journalism, officials said.

“The controversy has brought a negative light to the award, which was never the intent of the award,” said Matthew Seeger, interim dean of the College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts at Wayne State.

Thomas, 90, resigned as a columnist for Hearst Newspapers in June after telling an interviewer that Jews should “get the hell out” of the Palestinian territories and go to Germany, Poland or the United States. She didn’t back away from those remarks on Thursday but instead expounded on what she called the influence of Zionists worldwide.

Thomas could not be reached Friday.

Jewish leaders applauded WSU’s decision: “(We) applaud their courage in rescinding the award and distancing themselves from this blatantly anti-Semitic rhetoric that has no place in an academic institution,” said Betsy Kellman, regional director of the Anti-Defamation League.

I love the part about Arab bashing.

Why don’t they invite the terrorist-in-chief of Iran to chair a workshop on democracy?

Debbie:
Will there be protests outside this ridiculous “workshop”?

Helen Thomas wants the Jewish people out of Israel: Bigotry.
Debbie SChlussel and her followers want Muslims to “get the f— out of ‘merica”: Good conservative values.

Mike on November 30, 2010 at 10:13 pm

‘merica’? Yeah. And your name is Mike like mine is Mo.

pat on December 1, 2010 at 1:34 am

Yes, Jihadists are such cool people. Do you dream about them as part of your value system? As for conservative values, which you do not even bother to represent, are they worse than those held by a misogynistic, tribal and socially reactionary religious group that cannot acknowledge the existence of others outside of their faith, unless they dominate them or are forced to under duress? Are those your preferred values?

Wow,

This article makes me happy in a way. I always thought she was Jewish! Now, to learn that she is Arab makes me think of Abel and Cain, and gives me great insight.

Could it be that the Jewish – Arab battle is the greatest form of sibling rivalry ever?

Will anyone ever be right and wrong? No. Everyone is always right and the other brother always wrong.

Will anyone ever grow up? No. Look at Helen Thomas.

What a shame.

Say what you will, there is one big difference between Jews and Arabs.

CaptK on November 30, 2010 at 11:26 pm

This is hardly funny. The Muslims again have found a quisling to re-enforce their primitive belief system and death cult. This one, who likely lost many family members to the depredations and perversions of Muslims and Islam, hates Jews more than anything in the world. It is clear she wishes to die seething with the hatred that has infested her for so long.

pat on December 1, 2010 at 1:23 am

Debbie, could you possibly post the Helen tHamas stories without her picture?
………….ooooooooooooh my poor stomach…

Great actress though, I remember her from the movies. She played the emperor in the Star Wars sequels if I’m not mistaken. No makeup whatsoever!…seriously, scary, scary woman

Liberals LOVE diversity: Jew-haters, anti-Semites, Blame Israel crowd, radical Muslims, Blame America Firsters, Sharia advocates.

Rocky Lore on December 1, 2010 at 6:36 am

I don’t want to say that the word ‘diversity’ has been co-opted by Thomas and the Muslims, because it has always had unfavorable connotations. But, we know that words like ‘rights’ and ‘democracy’ have been twisted by the liberals and their allies to mean something very different from what they have traditionally meant to all of us. I guess this is just part of the process of ‘diversity’ being extended from its already lousy meanings to encompass even more unpleasant meanings.

Little Al on December 1, 2010 at 8:27 am

Diversity in this case means Jews not invited. If Islam was tolerant and peaceful, Debbie would never have had to go undercover to find out what they say in a mosque, right? And in this case it is indeed the exact opposite of we usually associate with the term. Helen THamas is living proof of it.

Forget her (mostly) quiet bigotry for a moment. How did this no-talent broad have a career?

At least Doris Kearns Goodwin offered horizontal favors to LBJ, and that is what propelled her (another no-talent) to fame and fortune.

Why are the vast majority of liberal women ugly?

Have you seen this nastiness – “Fordson the Movie”?

G: Of course, I’ve seen it. It was made to respond to me. I’ve been trying to find out who financed it. DS

Gottfried on December 1, 2010 at 11:07 am

The financing of Fordson the Movie seems to be a well guarded secret.

But here is a likely source:

Nov. 1, 2006. Arab investors from six Arab states will put up $200 million to finance the production of more than a dozen big-budget Arabic movies in English, an Arab-American film producer told Reuters on Wednesday.

Malek Akkad said the project is aimed at promoting the nascent Arab film industry to the world and showcasing the region’s history and culture.

“They’re nothing political. They are not propaganda. They are purely themed stories — a few of them would be historical films along the lines of ‘Lawrence of Arabia,”‘ said Akkad, referring to the 1962 Academy Award-winning film.

He declined to name the private equity partners involved in the fund and said the Gulf consortium would announce the investment in three to four weeks.

The investors — from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates — hope to turn a profit in three years, he said.

About 90 percent of the money will finance big film productions using international crews, technology and Hollywood stars, he said, with the remaining money spent on helping young Arab filmmakers.

The Los Angeles-based film producer said the fund has lined up 15 films, with preliminary work on the first project set to begin early next year. All films will be released internationally, he added.

Akkad unveiled the plans at an event to launch the Red Sea Institute of Cinematic Arts to be based in Aqaba, Jordan.

The new film school is a joint effort of the Royal Film Commission of Jordan and the School of Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California.

“The Red Sea Institute … will give Jordan and the Middle East new voices,” said Samer Mouasher, commissioner of the Royal Film Commission. “The Middle East is a melting pot of cultural richness and diversity with story-telling traditions, yet contemporary cinematic stories from the region are in short supply.”

Mouasher said the film institute will have an initial endowment of about $50 million, and $10 million will be used to build the school.

Construction of the Red Sea campus is set to begin early next year in Aqaba. The first classes are scheduled for September 2008.

It’s not nice to mock those who lack physical beauty, as T-Hamas’ internal ugliness is far more wretched than any outward appearance. That said, I do hope she heals from the bruises caused by prodding from 10-foot poles.

I think diversity here means diversity of beauty – the average Muslimah who looks like she’s tilthworthy as per the Qur’an on one end, & Helen on the other.

Infidel Pride on December 2, 2010 at 12:56 am

There’s some choice things that appeared in the Detroit Free Press, among them, this illuminating gem:

“We are owned by propagandists against the Arabs. There’s no question about that. Congress, the White House, and Hollywood, Wall Street, are owned by the Zionists. No question in my opinion. They put their money where there mouth is…We’re being pushed into a wrong direction in every way.”

Helen THamas has remembered her semantics. When you’re an anti-Semite, you can take refuge them. Let’s not confuse people as to whom she really hates.

Heh
