Unfortunately, while the Tea Party activists focus on U.S. House and Senate races, they didn’t do their job with regard to important statewide races and allowed the Republican Party to nominate RINO judges who’ve wreaked havoc with their liberal behavior on the bench.  A good example of that is Judge Mary Beth Kelly, a Republican nominee to the Michigan Supreme Court.  I will not be voting for her (though I will vote for the other GOP nominee, current Supreme Court Justice, Robert Young, a true conservative, who has taken way too much heat because he is Black).

The Democrats are running an ad holding Judge Kelly responsible for releasing Shi’ite Muslim illegal alien and murderer, Ihab Maslamani.  And, sad to say, they are right.  As secure borders conservatives–but, more important, as Americans–we cannot reward this careless judge with a seat on the Michigan Supreme Court.  I say this at some risk to myself because, as a practicing attorney, I may, someday, find myself before her in court.  But it needs to be said.  FYI, Kelly got the judgeship as a result of one of the many inept, affirmative action appointments by RINO former Michigan GOP Governor John Engler (who raised our taxes on gas, a tax which has never been repealed).

As you’ll recall, last  year, I told you about Maslamani, the Muslim illegal alien, who murdered Matthew Landry in cold blood.  Landry was a working-class kid who was working as a pizza delivery man, when Maslamani car-jacked and kidnapped him, murdering Landry in a Detroit crack house.  Maslamani also robbed several banks and nearly murdered some of the bank customers and employees.

Two people are primarily responsible for setting Maslamani free.  One is Ismael Ahmed, the Muslim activist who headed the Michigan Department of Human Services and lost track of Maslamani in the foster care system he was supposed to oversee but ignored.  And the other is Judge Kelly.

Maslamani appeared before Mary Beth Kelly because of other criminal activity for which he was charged.  She knew he was here illegally, as the reports by government social workers say so.  And, although she is neither an official of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), nor an immigration judge with the Executive Office of Immigration Review, she had the authority to incarcerate Maslamani, until ICE officials picked him up for deportation.  Instead, she sent him to freedom in the inept Michigan foster care system, all while knowing Maslamani was both an illegal alien and already a career criminal, though only in his teens.  And she could have, at the very least, tried to keep track of Maslamani and what happened to him.  But she didn’t do that either.

In short, Mary Beth Kelly–who has come down hard on her fellow Wayne County Circuit Court judges–didn’t do her job.  She had the opportunity–AND the responsibility–to get rid of a Shi’ite Muslim illegal alien and do everything in her power to remove him from our shores.  Instead, she did none of that.  She freed Ihab Maslamani, and then he murdered this innocent 20-something pizza deliveryman in cold blood.

After Matthew Landry was murdered last year, Mary Beth Kelly said she felt “really badly.”  I’m sure that’s little comfort to Robert and Doreen Landry, Matthew’s grieving parents who lost their young son well before his time because of Judge Kelly’s actions . . . and inaction.

With her behavior on the Maslamani case before her, we know this for certain:  Mary Beth Kelly is a lazy judge, an irresponsible judge.  And she will not get my vote.  She doesn’t deserve yours, either.  Where were the Tea Party activists in the Michigan Republican Party when Mary Beth Kelly was nominated?  Strangely silent.

Say no to Muslim illegal alien criminals and murderers roaming free in our midst.  Say NO to Mary Beth Kelly.  Matthew Landry, Rest in Peace.
