No one, and I mean NO ONE, tells the Federal Bureau of Prisons where to house inmates. There is ample case law (including one with my name listed as defendant) upholding the BOP’s prerogatives in that regard. These whiners ought to be thankful that they aren’t incarcerated in a few other federal penitentiaries around the country. It COULD be must worse. In fact, if they make enough noise, they just might find themselves scattered all over the country.
