Who We Deport: ICE’s Boneheaded Illegal Alien Preferences
This isn’t the first time I’ve written about this. More like the gazillionth. And, sadly, it won’t be the last. When Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chooses to deport someone, it has an odd priority system.

As I’ve noted in the past, ICE made a big deal about raiding Agriprocessors meat packing plant and deporting hundreds of mostly Catholic Latino illegal aliens. But, yet, Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) gave work permits to hundreds of extremist Muslim Somalian aliens to be here legally and replace them at the plant. Overnight, it transformed small town of Postville, Iowa into an Islamic mecca. The replacement employees are laughing all the way to the bank . . . and the mosque.
Now, we see the same story repeating itself yet again. An Ohio family, hailing from South Africa, will be deported. While we welcome and refuse to deport tens of thousands of Muslim illegal aliens–who’ve either sneaked in over the border, come here on fraudulent agricultural, religious workers, and student visas, or come here on legitimate visas but overstayed them and disappeared–we are deporting families like the Jaars Family. It makes no sense. Yes, we should deport all immigration law violators, and the Jaarses are visa violators. But we aren’t deporting all illegal aliens, or even a fraction. And the priorities in who is deported–and who is not–are disgusting. This is just the latest in a sea of examples.
When you read this, think of ICE Special Agent In Charge for Ohio and Michigan, Brian Moskowitz‘s close relationship with “former” Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorist Imad Hamad–who came here on a student visa, didn’t go to class, overstayed his visa, spent his time recruiting and fundraising for the PFLP, engaged in marriage fraud and immigration fraud to stay here, and was ultimately given U.S. citizenship to spread his pro-HAMAS/Hezbollah propaganda. Ask why Moskowitz’s friend, Hamad, is here, and fathered a family of Islamic terrorism supporters to spread their hate for generations, while the Jaarses must fight to stay here.
I feel for the rank and file ICE agents and deportation officers who must do this. They hate it, but they do not set policy. The policy is set at the top and, while it was extremely bad during the Bush Administration under the incompetent Julie L. Myers, it is–I’m told–even worse under Obama’s ICE Chief Moron, John Morton.
A North Side family, fighting for years to remain in the United States, now faces a larger battle. Abraham Jaars, who left South Africa 24 years ago with his young family amid a fractious apartheid regime, has cancer and precious time left.
Yet efforts to deport him, his wife, and their son and daughter persist, despite a judge’s recommendation five years ago that the matter be settled.
“The Jaars(es) are productive members of our society who have come to know this country as their home,” wrote U.S. District Judge R. Guy Cole.
The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a previous denial of asylum, and Cole agreed with the technical legal reasons for that decision. But he said “this result appears pointless and unjust.”
Abraham, 68, his wife, Delecia, and grown children Roslee and Grant have had nothing more than a traffic ticket since they left South Africa in 1986 on six-month visitor visas. They own a house and cars, paid their taxes and are active in their church, said Ryan Mowry, a friend of the family’s.
Cole had encouraged federal immigration officials to, “at a minimum, consider indefinitely deferring enforcement,” according to court records.
But that hasn’t happened, said the family’s attorney, Dennis Muchnicki.
“They have been fighting it tooth and nail,” he said of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, “and never attempted to resolve the matter.”
The family members have said they inadvertently overstayed their visas by two years but sought asylum based on persecution under apartheid. Mr. and Mrs. Jaars are multiracial.
So, let’s see: Barack Obama’s fully-Black illegal alien Muslim aunt on public assistance WILL face “persecution” if she returns to Kenya, where her nephew is a national hero. Ditto for most Muslims who make the phony claim and get asylum in Immigration Court.
But, hey, let’s deport the Jaarses. Disgusting. Unless we set clear priorities for whom we do and do not deport, we will continue to lose this country.
I don’t know about you, but last time I checked, the 19 men who hijacked planes and murdered 3,000 Americans were not Latino Catholics. They were not multi-racial men who go to church. THEY. WERE. MUSLIM. (Ditto for the Undiebomber, and same for the Times Square Bomber, etc., etc., ad nauseam.)
And that’s who should be dumped outside of our borders and kept out.

That’s why our government bends over backwards for the Muslim community…they’re afriad of the consequences.
It’s that threat of violence and death or at the least,legal action.
You think the citizens of Egypt,Saudi Arabia,Pakistan or Malaysia would tolerate their governments bringing in thousands upon thousands of Christian Westerners to settle into their countries?
Hell No!
Yet,our government is creating these same de facto Muslim civilizations right here within our own borders with these same people who would kill us if the situation were reversed.
