Cool Ways To Help U.S. & Israeli Troops Fight Terrorists

By
Reader Chris G. sends us this link to PizzaIDF.org, which delivers pizza, soda, fruit soup, and ice cream to Israeli troops at the Lebanese-Israeli border (and also to homeless Gush Katif families displaced from their Gaza homes by the Israeli government). It is very inexpensive, and a small donation can feed a lot of Israeli soldiers in Lebanon. Please help.

Howard Mortman of Extreme Mortman–longtime friend and former MSNBC producer–alerts us to a cool way to help our brave American troops and their families: Thanks USA.
The charity, which provides educational scholarships for our troops’ families, is having a national treasure hunt. A great cause.

Please help both these worthy efforts to support American & Israeli troops fighting the the War on Islamic Terrorism.

Great idea, now that’s thinking “outside the box”. 😉

I don’t know if this is ‘cool’ but it would be effective:
The Twenty-Eighth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America
Any religion following, or based upon, the principles of the Quran shall not be afforded the protections provided by the First Amendment to this Constitution. Followers of any such religion shall be allowed to peacefully practice their faith, subject to the following restrictions: (1) No member may advocate the suppression of opposing religious faiths; (2) No member may support groups that advocate violent actions against this, or any other Country; and (3) No member shall be allowed to hold dual-citizenship with nations determined by the Executive Branch to be state sponsors of terrorism.
Individuals found in violation of these restrictions shall be stripped of their Citizenship and be deported to their Country origin.

limes: Your proposal should apply to any religion.

Sounds good to me; probably easier to get through the process.

What a great idea. I know I have to do something besides pray, so I sent the IDF some pizza.
