Bring Arizona Law to the Rest of the Union; Fire ICE, Napolitano
Many readers are asking me to comment on Arizona’s new law doing the job that some Americans–the feds–won’t do.
Arizona Has to Do the Job DHS’ Lesbionic Woman, ICE’s Moron Won’t Do
I didn’t think it needed comment because, of course, I support it. Why wouldn’t I? It’s essentially a law deputizing and requiring Arizona local and state cops to enforce immigration laws already on the books. And I’m not worried about threats of boycotts. Won’t hurt the state. Most Americans support what Arizona is doing. If illegal aliens boycott the state, well . . . that’s the aim, isn’t it? And Mexico’s President condemning the law–ha, what a joke! He’s just mad that he’ll actually have to feed and support his people instead of Arizonans. Look at his immigration laws–much tougher than Airzona’s. The only reason Arizona needed to do this is because we have a giant federal government agency charged with enforcing these laws that just isn’t doing the job. (And because the current head of Homeland Security didn’t do her job when she headed Arizona.)
Agents at ICE–Immigration and Customs Enforcement–have repeatedly told me they are not allowed to arrest any illegal aliens unless they are violent criminals. Moreover, even to arrest those, they have to fill out about seven tedious forms AND get approval from ICE headquarters in Washington. That isn’t how a nation polices its borders and interior and enforces immigration laws. It’s how a government intentionally invents extra layers of bureaucracy to ensure that large numbers of new Obama voters and workers for greedy businesses who don’t want to pay Americans a decent wage are allowed to enter the country and stay here. The Obama-niks don’t want Arizona’s law because it betrays their claim that we need amnesty for illegal aliens because we “can’t” solve the problem. Uh, Barack, Yes. We. Can. Arizona will enforce the law and show we need to send illegal aliens packin’– not roll-out the amnesty welcome mat–to tackle the problem.
If ICE agents were allowed to do their jobs hassle-free, Arizona wouldn’t need this law. And ICE agents would be national heroes, rather than the much derided, demoralized men with guns and badges that they are. But Obama’s people–Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano and ICE Moron John Morton–have emasculated them even worse than was the case under Bush. Moreoever, the Obama administration made it easier for illegal aliens to seek asylum and disappear into the U.S. before trial. It’s fitting that while President Obama is busy condemning the Arizona law enforcing laws he is duty-bound and swore to enforce but won’t, his ICE people are trying to hire Harold Hurtt, a man who opposes local cops enforcing immigration laws, to head up ICE’s program working with local cops to enforce immigration laws.
And Arizona can’t take it anymore. Their borders are overrun. In 2005, when I guest-hosted the Jim Bohannon radio show on Westwood One, one Arizona ranch owner told me that 500 illegal aliens–many of them with knives and other weapons–would trespass on his land and into the U.S. EVERY SINGLE DAY. And he told me his property was overrun with their trash, from used condoms to rusty knives to fecal material and other such lovely “treasure.”
And Arizona’s law needs to be exported to the rest of the states in the Union, if only legislators and governors had the spine that Gov. Jan Brewer has. I like that woman. She’s one tough lady. She’d eat the far-lesser Sarah Palin for breakfast.
If only we had this law in Michigan, and cops had the guts to start clamping down on the thousands of Muslim illegal aliens here, plenty of them known Hezbollah operatives, like Mahmoud Youssef Kourani, who came to the Detroit area, illegally from Mexico and admitted to working here for Hezbollah, to provide it material support (part of his guilty plea). But, sadly, in Michigan, legislators don’t have the guts and don’t want to upset Muslims. A friend of mine, a then-State Representative, introduced at my suggestion, a number of bills limiting the rights of illegal aliens. But the “conservative” he sought to co-sponsor the bills on the particular committee in question, Leon Drolet, balked. He wanted to apply the same rights to illegal aliens as to U.S. citizens. He now heads the Michigan Taxpayers Association and is running for the Michigan Senate. Spineless and cowardly.
If only this law was in place in Maryland, where there is Casa de Maryland, which uses your tax dollars to teach illegal aliens how to resist ICE agents. Instead, Casa people are welcome visitors at La Casa Blanca d’Obama.
The Maryland case of Florinda Fabiola Lorenzo-Desmillian–over which Casa de Maryland is now whining–highlights why we need local police to do the job our feds are prohibited from doing per Barack Obama’s orders. She was arrested by local police, not ICE–in whose custody she is now. But not before she gave birth to THREE anchor babies.
A 26-year-old married mother of three, Florinda Fabiola Lorenzo-Desmillian, was arrested last Tuesday by undercover officers for selling $2 phone cards out of her apartment window. . . .
Lorenzo-Desmillion is a stay-at-home-mother with three small children who are American citizens. Her husband works construction and her supporters say she was just trying to make a little money to help pay for things.
Tuesday, she was arrested, taken to jail and is now fighting to stay in the U.S.
She may be a “stay-at-home” mom, but she’s also a criminal for violating immigration laws and overstaying her visa.
Yes, Arizona is not the only state over-run with illegal aliens. They are everywhere, taking jobs from hard-working, desperate Americans and undercutting wages. They are committing crimes against Americans–violent crimes. And they need to go.
If the feds won’t do it, the States need to pick up the slack. And Arizona has bravely taken the lead. Time for everyone to follow.

All across America cities and counties are laying off police, firefighters, teachers etc. due to lack of funds.
Much of these funds are depleted due to us having to spend them on illegals.
We have to pay for their housing, medical care, food stamps, WIC, etc.
And that’s in addition to Americans being out of work due to the illegal taking their jobs.
Praise God for Arizona, we are seeing at least a tiny glimmer of common sense in this country.
It gives me a little bit of hope things will turn around.
