No offense, but until we (the West) call a spade a spade e.g. calling a “beheading”a beheading vice “heads cut off”, or any number of correct descriptions, we allow a defacto affirmation of a “sentence” being carried out. Beheading is a form of punishment, and does not equate, or translate. We legitimize the “bums in dirty night-shirts.”

Such is the true nature of our enemies. I seem to remember former Green Beret Major Bob Bevelacqua saying that it was time to think about televising beheadings at Guantanamo in response to the beheadings of western hostages by true believers of the religion of peace. While I usually don’t believe in barbaric behavior, I can’t honestly say that such ugliness shouldn’t be responded to in kind.

Notice that Danny’s ONLY post on this thread was to attack me. Danny had NOTHING to say about those brave soldiers who were savagely tortured and beheaded. No condolences, no nothing.

The US has got to stand up to Islamic terrorists and murders in a different way. Whatever happened to the idea of burying terrorists with slabs of pork so they wont get their 72 virgins (or is it 73). Although it sounds like a bizarre and childish thing to do this is bizarre and childish culture and the US has to fight fire with fire.
