I am amazed at the power of denial that runs so deep in the U.S. I just wonder (outside of another 9/11 type attack) what the hell it’s going to take to wake this country up. The head in the sand attitude is breathtaking in our great country. Organizations such as the ACLU don’t give a shit about America as long as they continue to profess to be protecting our Constitutional Rights at the cost of security. What did Ben Franklin say, “those that sacrifice liberty for the sake of freedom deserve neither”.

It is frightening that we Americans sleep so deeply and those like Debbie are fringe in the media. Every time I see a United we stand bumper sticker I want to scream FINISH THE SENTENCE. ….Divided we fall.
I am from Michigan and this refusal to confront based upon FEAR is going to be recorded in history as why we fell.
It is so foreign to me when I read the news from WW2 and see mainstream medias view of the NAZI’s and compare that with our current main voices.
So very sad.

I’m a Dearborn resident….
I am sickened by the behavior of my mayor John O’Reilly – he and the Dearborn city council have truly become dhimmis – they probably don’t even know what the word means.
A jihadi, dressed in combat fatigues, armed with a Russian army assault weapon is found in a neighborhood park and the Dearborn mayor and city council hold back information so as not to stir up anti Muslim feelings. What a pathetic display!
Debbie, keep hammering the mayor and city council, dhimmis all. Our once fine town has turned into nothing but an Islamic theme park, filling up with mosques, Islamic “cultural centers”, Islamic academies, madrassas and the like. Pathetic. All the fault of excessive immigration and dhimmis running things.

Some people in this blg continue to state that we will fall or “this is an example of why we fell”. NOT SO!! We will NOT fall. There are more of us than there are of them. We were quiet, stupid and lazy before WWII. September 11th was a wake up call to millions of Americans. Unfortunately, there is an internal conspiracy that is deflecting our efforts. Those running it are called the Socialist (Democrat) Party of America and the Main Stream Media (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN). These entities are distracting millions away from two critical areas: illegal invaders/Border protections; and terrorist cells within our borders. What people need to do is continue to talk about and understand that efforts to thwart border protection, political apathy toward terror elements within the U.S. Iraq, and islam as a whole, are ALL connected. This is a very REAL world-wide war and the enemy is actively pursuing it. We need to put aside our concerns about offending people and start eliminating the enemy on a much larger scale. Only then will the threat subside. As to Detroit and Dearborn…. sorry Debbie…. they are all cowards and traitors.

Anybody know when this goonba is going to be arraigned? We need to stay on the local media. They will spike this story, but we need to shame them anyway.
O’Reilly is a disgrace to his community. How can we protect our children when fucks like this withhold information about serious threats, just so he can appease the Moslems who elect him.
Anybody been reading about the “Perfect Day” scenario these jihad creeps may be dreaming up? If this mug happens to have been a warning of that to come, and the Dearborn mayor sat on it, what would the implications be?

Great Great piece, Debbie! In the early 80S I knew a couple of guys that moved from Dearbornistan in the late 70S. I couldn’t believe what they were describing. It was Syrians acting totally un-American like in their take over of the community. One would think that American ways would have taken hold by now, but not so. From what I’ve seen and heard the last decade it truly has become the founding base for ‘jihad’ against Americans. Neither the MSM or even Fox picks up on the awful treasonous activity there. At least we know where the clean up would start once true Americans wake up and want to take the country back.

Red Ryder – no offense but Dearborn didn’t “keep out” Jews and Blacks any more or less than 99% of other towns in this country, decades ago.
Dearborn did try to keep the rioting in 1967 Detroit out of it’s town, but can you blame us for that?
What matters today is one thing only: mass immigration and in particular, mass Muslim immigration. Today’s Muslim immigrant in Dearborn is usually a Lebanese-shia, and a Hezbollah sympathizer to boot. They are quite anti-assimilation, anti-American. This is only gonna end in a terrible way in the near future.

I’m another Dearborn resident. This issue prodded me to finally acquire a Type Key identity so I could comment.
I am very unhappy about the way the Mayor is interjecting himself in this matter. It stinks, and reeks of untoward interests. No doubt in my mind that my Irish butt would have been considered very dangerous if I were running around Hemlock Park in cammies & face paint with a loaded AK-47 clone.
Since that park is 4 short blocks from my house I have more than a passing interest. Go figure. I am stunned at the descriptions of the events in the media….too many “ifs” and that beggars the immagination. Possibly just a “disturbed” guy (that pretty much describes all Islamic fundamentalists IMO)….well maybe so, but so was the guy who shot and killed FPS Officer Sheffield down, where I worked, in the McNamara Building Lobby 10 days after 9/11…just a “anglo” nut (not an Arab) with a gun in paper bag (one he announced he was carrying) who carried out precisely his implied threat. A paper bag is a “Detroit thing”…a method of carry used simply because it conceals but can be shot through easily. That SOB lived even though shot three times, *spit*, but Sheffield died.
The dimunition of the seriousness of this Hemlock Park event is astounding….guys carrying loaded weapons IN HAND are dangerous, always, period. Damn that seems a simple comcept. The law is tricky on this subject I believe, since he apparently did not “menace” anyone in the park directly…but he did menace the police when he resisted their approach. What more do you need? So why is the Mayor invovled?
I will be angry as hell if he skates following the preliminary exam Friday, but not surprised.

Our town of Dearborn, just like most towns have sold out to ethnic and business interests, whether Muslim or Hispanic, sold out to not enforce the law against said “minorities” as that would be bad for business, diveristy, multiculturalism and all the other socialist clap-trap that masquerades as serious political issues.
This country is being invaded by immigrants – legal and illegal, hell there’s not point in distinguishing the two since our government doesn’t enforce the borders or immigration laws anyway.
Dearborn used to be a industrial-business town, now it’s been reduced to an Islamic theme park.
The mayor and city council are in the pocket-book of Muslim interests. The only solution is to reduce immigration, across the board.

Yeah, run away, that’s the ticket, and increase my tax burden by about 500%, not to mention provide an exclusive sanctuary for the crazies.
BTW, the Lebanese are slowly moving out as you suggest, to the very places you suggest, as well as Dearborn Heights. My general neighborhood is predominently Iraiq Shiite residents with Lebanese businesses run by non-resident Lebanese.
If there is to be a confrontation, let it be at the point of entry.

Let’s just say that Dearborn was a bit more “successful” in keeping out Blacks and Jews than many of the other 99% towns that you refer to. I was talking more of the era before the early 1960s, anyway.
Still, better to be restricted than to turn into a Muslim theme park.

Thanks for helping us to understand what may be motivating Jack (A–) O’Reilly to kiss islamic terrorists’ and their enablers’ butts. He has been compromised.
We should demand an investigation and if confirmed–O’Reilly should be in jail. Doesn’t anyone know one honest reporter in the media who will take this cause head on?
I think the main reason these MSM talking heads and writers don’t often give DS the mike is that reality is just too offensive to most of these people–they don’t want to end the fantasy world they are living in. They need more 911 type events first.

Houssein Zorkot had his initial post arraignment pre-trail Examination this morning. No tricky schedule deceptions, went off when and where docketed, before Judge Hultgren, 19th District Court. Through counsel he waived his right to completing the Examination within the 14 days required by law, so that his attorney might investigate furhter, yada yada. Next date is 09 November 2007 at 0900….and I will be there again.
Next, his attorney requested reduction of bail from $1 Million Cash, to $50,000 with 10% surety. Prosectuor said the potential for flight risk is high, plus the nature of the charges imply a continuing threat as expressed on Zorkot’s website. Judge did not reduce the bail, however, Judge did say he’d review the bail and criteria between now and the November Exam.
That was it, then he was lead away back to jail. He kept the same sour look on his face, that you could see in his mug shot, throughout the procedings. To my surprise, there was no possee of supporters present that I could tell, only one photographer and one MSM reporter, plus a couple Arabic news reporters….who hung around the defense attorney like flies on spoiled fruit in the hallway after the hearing.
