**** UPDATE: No wonder Judge Primomo set this guy free. He’s apparently “pro-immigration” and judged a kids essay contest sponsored by an illegal alien law firm and open border immigration lobby. ****
The problem with America is that it takes trying to blow up a plane with your underwear or actually murdering multiple soldiers in an Army base massacre to actually be locked up and taken seriously as a threat.

And since Iraqi Muslim immigrant doctor, Senan Kahtan Abrahem, didn’t do either of those, he’s being set free. That’s despite the fact that Abrahem impersonated the lawyer of Fort Hood mass murdering Islamic terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan, tried to set Hasan free, dared authorities to shoot him, gestured to nurses that they’d be beheaded, and was being watched by counterterrorism and counterintelligence officials. Oh, and by the way, this guy was given Temporary Resident Status in the U.S. (Why? I thought things were so great and rosy in Iraq. Why are we still allowing Iraqis to come here in droves?)
Oh, and did I mention that–like the overwhelming majority of would-be and successful Islamic terrorists in America–he’s claiming the Halal Twinkie Defense, i.e., that he is mentally unstable, so we should forgive him and allow him out on bond.
Blame U.S. Magistrate Judge John Primomo, who released Abrahem on unsecured bond after hearing that Abrahem, who is bipolar, has resumed taking medication, does not appear to be a flight risk and did not harm anyone. What an idiot!

An Iraqi doctor encouraged security officers at Brooke Army Medical Center to shoot him earlier this month after telling others that he planned to free accused Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a federal agent testified Monday.
FBI counterterrorism and military intelligence operatives took a hard look at Senan Kahtan Abrahem after he went to Fort Sam Houston on Jan. 6 and approached an information booth at BAMC about seeing Hasan, according to testimony at a bail hearing Monday for Abrahem.
Abrahem, an immigrant living in San Antonio, was indicted last week on a federal charge of making a false statement — he allegedly claimed he was Hasan’s lawyer so he could get access to Hasan. . . .
U.S. Army counterintelligence agent Jeffrey Cram testified Abrahem went to BAMC the morning of Jan. 6 and claimed he was the defense lawyer for “the individual who shot 13 people at Fort Hood.”
Officials of the hospital and Fort Sam previously said Abrahem also claimed to be one of Hasan’s doctors.
But when Abrahem was not allowed entry, and officers tried to get him to leave, he became belligerent and shouted “Allah Akbar (God is Great) and shoot me now,” Cram said. He eventually left.
Later that night, San Antonio police went to Abrahem’s house, and he again yelled “Allah Akbar” and told officers to shoot him, Cram said. He put his hand in his jacket as if to show he was armed, then spat at the officers, forcing them to put a mask over his face, Cram testified. . . .
While he was at the hospital, Abrahem told a doctor that “he went to BAMC to free his Muslim brother,” Cram testified.
“He said (Hasan) was shot by infidels,” Cram testified. . . .
Cram said Abrahem also “gestured” to nurses and doctors that they would be beheaded.
Yup, we need more aliens like this roaming America’s streets. Thanks Magistrate Judge Primomo. Heckuva Job!

Where was ICE in all this? Why weren’t deportation proceedings instituted against Sehnen Abrahem? Why is he allowed to remain free in this country?
These jihadists all but telegraph what they are going to do and the federal government remains in denial.
