Rush is a big blowhard with many personal demons. The thing is, he is so good at what he does, really good. As a liberal I hate him. Seriously, HATE him. As a human being who has gone through a heart attack, I feel for him and hope he recovers with no damage so he can continue to piss me off some more.

As a Black woman and a “liberal”, I LOVE to hate Rush and I hope he recovers so I can “hate” him for many more years to come. For me, he is like Notre Dame football and Duke Basketball….I love to hate them, but want them to be strong so I can continue to cheer against them. What fun is cheering against your “enemy” when they’re down and out? I want Rush to get taken down in a battle of ideas, not for health reasons!

Rush is very good at what he does and is seriously entertaining, but he always manages to get on my last nerve. But hey, I’m “liberal”, so that’s what he’s supposed to do. And I’ll miss my “did you hear what that fool Rush Limbaugh said yesterday” conversations at work if he’s not back in action soon! I am a big fan of Rush Limbaugh and hope he gets well soon. Conservatives cannot afford to lose this great man especially while Barry Soetoro is trying to destroy this country from within.

I had no idea there are so many deranged haters that read this site but I did notice that huffpo had something about Debbie’s website in their hate post about Rush so that may explain it.

You do not have a clue what Rush Limbaugh represents or talks about on his show. He is a very effective voice for conservatism and smaller government. I do not agree with him all the time on the issues but you can’t say Rush Limbaugh is the voice of Socialism.

Actually, you pretty much described the Soetoro administration. After all, Barry did nationalize the banks, nationalize two privately held auto manufacturers, stole taxpayer money to payoff political cronies at Goldman Sachs and Rockefeller owned financial institutions to the tune of 1 trillion dollars.

This is fascism by its very definition and we are living under the Tyranny of big government with Barry Soetoro and his unconstitutional czars.

Support for the U.N., all foreign aid, unconstitutional federal departments like the Department of Education and the Department of Homeland Security, Social Security, Medicare, the welfare state, favoritism toward certain countries like Israel, unjustified and undeclared wars, support for torture, the Federal Reserve, the usurpation of power by the federal government that rightly belongs to to the States, income taxes, the violation of our civil liberties, etc. are manifestations of a country that is on a slippery slope of socialism that stays the same or gets worse even when “conservatives” are in power. To oppose the above manifestations would be the hallmark of constitutionalists and libertarians – which is the right way to go since the rule of law is upheld.

I personally don’t find Rush as much of an entertainer as an informer. I listen to him for information I won’t find elsewhere, and use it to come to my own conclusions. As for your overview of Rush in your reply to ScottyDog I have to disagree with at least 2/3 of it. Rush speaks out many times agains the UN, foreign aid, the usurpation of power by the fed. govt. from the States, the Dept’s of Education, SS, Medicare and welfare, etc, and I find the rest debateable.
And as far as: “favoritism toward certain countries like Israel” …why not?
Wouldn’t you favor your family, friends and allys over people that would simply love to wipe your very existance off the map?
I know that I do 🙂
