It seems evident to me that the Department of Homeland Security ( or Insecurity) have been reversing their jobs. What good is their security to us when they are ushering in islamic terrorists into America who are, no doubt, seeking for asylum when Homeland Security is suppose to be protecting us from the deluge of these “refugees”. Bah! In my estimation, Chertoff was bled dry from from his willpower to do his job from the liberals who are now dictating the State Department and want to role out a red carpet for these throwbacks to make them feel “welcome”. And we’ve got skyscrapers to knock down, let alone a country to auction off.

The fix is in, the 2 parties and Big Business have decided we citizens will not be allowed to remain autonomous, either financially or politcally. More than 7,000 French Jews have signed a petition asking for political asylum in the United States because of anti-Semitism in France.
“Following the barbarous murder of a young Jew because he was Jewish, in the context of the rise in anti-Semitic acts committed by Islamic fundamentalists, numerous members of the community no longer feel safe in France,” reads the petition, which was sent to the U.S. Congress. The reference was to Ilan Halimi, a 23-year-old Parisian Jew who was kidnapped and tortured to death last year by an anti-Semitic gang.
The petition asks Congress to enact a law according refugee status to French Jews. “We believe that the United States, known for its traditional welcome to those under threat in their native lands, must open its doors to us,” the petition says.
French communal officials reacted with outrage. “This petition is bizarre, stupid and out of place,” Haim Musicant, director of CRIF, the umbrella organization of secular French Jewish groups, told Israel’s Ma’ariv newspaper. “I don’t feel threatened in France, and the authorities are doing everything they can to protect the Jewish community. French Jews don’t need this kind of petition.”

If you could let every citizen vote on these issues, do you think we’d be importing syrians and palestinians, or letting arabs control our ports?

Scary is putting it mildly. This smacks of another “Charlie-Foxtrot” initiated by then legacy INS under the guise of Amnesty/Legalization in 1986. I was in the Border Patrol then and saw this BS firsthand on the border. We sat on the line watching hundreds of tonks (that was non-PC for ILLEGAL ALIENS back in the good ‘ol days) stampede the border and put applications in, claiming they had been working for at least 90 consecutive days in agriculture and hadn’t left the country (funny, we just witnessed them enter ILLEGALLY). We rounded them up, processed them, and sent them back, only to get word from HQ (the Land of Oz) to allow them to enter and make their claim regardless of how frivolous and laden with lies. Eventually, they all got rubber-stamped and it took years to finally get rid of most of them. Ironically, most were found in penal institutions for smuggling dope, robbery, banging their 13 year old stepdaughters, and other egregious crimes. Then comes Slick Willy who orders the “Gatormatrix” Janet Reno to tell Doris “Gump” Meissener to grant blanket citizenship to hundreds of criminal aliens in order to bolster up the votes. Now, it takes an act of congress to get them out; not like that will ever happen.
History seems to teach the Beltway nothing!
