This will in no way ever be classified as a terrorist act under this POTUS. There will be absolutely no terrorist acts committed during this administration. Even if OBL himself was behind this, it was be classified as a “mental breakdown” (which is what the MSM is starting to spew, “too much pressure for our soldiers”, etc.) but never, NEVER a terrorist act. There will always be a sanitized reason for these unspeakable acts under this administration, and they will never be labeled terrorism.

I just caught the local news and they are pushing the angle that he just received a “poor performance review” from the Army. This is how they are going to try and sell this story, the “lone gunman” out for revenge. Of course, it doesn’t explain how he apparently had two accomplices helping him. I hesitated before responding to this “article.” Not sure if hearts that are so stubbornly hardened can be reasoned with.

I will start by first saying that I am unashamedly Muslim and have been raised in America. If what you had said was true about educated, professional Muslims in this country, America would indeed be a critically dangerous place. But it’s not, because the EDUCATED Muslims understand their religion more deeply.

With the CORRECT understanding of Islam, I, as many other Muslims raised in America (which is my beloved home and I would fight to defend it) recognize there is a disease in the global Muslim community. And there is a desperate need to fight these warped and perverse terrorist acts in the name of our religion and eliminate them. Muslims need to be at the forefront of this battle of creed.

Acts of terrorism, hate, murder, even simple meanness, enrage me as they should enrage any human. I understand angry responses and sentiments against Islam, but Hate=Ignorance, regardless what side you are on. If you truly understood Islam, you would would not use such negatively charged speech.

There is no point to raving at a problem unless you have a positive solution. I can rave against these so-called “Jihadists” but Muslims need to do their part at seriously addressing the internal chaos that we have. This needs to be done through educational programs worldwide, positive political forums, and every other civil, peaceful avenue there is to correct the evil manifestations of a religion that has been twisted.

And people like you need to do your part at sincerely trying to understand the religion before you bash it. Picking out a few isolated sayings without studying the contexts, which is what bigots use to rouse hate, is not “knowing” a religion.

Anyway, I could go on forever. But I need to get my son, who I will raise to be a god-fearing, people-loving person, to sleep. I also need to get back to studying so that I can get to Grad school, where I hope to use my education to change the hearts and minds of Muslim youth in the world so that they can contribute positively to societies everywhere.
