Sometimes, Eye for an Eye is Not Only Justified, it’s Not Enough

Ma’ariv, one of Israel’s two far-left, self-hating major newspapers, seems to have a problem with what it claims is Israel’s “Eye for an Eye” policy regarding Palestinians. But when a small country is dealing with terrorists throughout its midst, “Eye for an Eye” is not only justified, it’s too little, too late. To stop terrorists, the “Untouchables” strategy is the preferred method. As Sean Connery’s character, Jim Malone, tells Elliot Ness (Kevin Costner), “They send one of your guys to the hospital, you send one of their guys to the morgue.” Right on, Sean!
