Prosecutor, Police: No Hate Crime Against Muslim; But CAIR Won’t Take No for an Answer
Recently, the “Islamophobia” merchants at CAIR were all up in arms about an alleged attack on a Muslim woman that they claimed was based on her ethinicity and was a hate crime.
But police and prosecutors say there’s–as in the case in most CAIR shriek-fests–no evidence the attack was ethnically motivated (and BTW, Islam is not an ethnicity, CAIR–it’s an intolerant cult).

And–shocker!–CAIR won’t take no for an answer on their hyped up “Islamophobia” causes. So, their lawyer, Nabih Ayad–who uses several aliases and still won’t pay over $120,000 in student loans!–is demanding that the Department of Justice waste your tax payers and “investigate.” Also threatening to “monitor” the situation is Michigan CAIR Executive Director and perpetual crybaby Dawud Walid a/k/a Delano Anthony Willis, Jr., who has his own long rap sheet, including bringing weapons to a school and carrying drugs. Yup, these two have no shame and no dearth of chutzpah.
The attorney for two Muslim teens attacked last month aboard a school bus is asking the U.S. Department of Justice to step in after Washtenaw County prosecutors decided not to file ethnic intimidation charges in the case.
The girl, 16, and her brother, 15, were attacked Sept. 8 after they left Skyline High School.
They said the incident began aboard a school bus and escalated after they got off the bus several blocks from their home. . . .
The prosecutor’s office said it found no evidence the attack was motivated by their ethnicity.
“We did not feel there was sufficient evidence to justify prosecution for that based on information that was gathered by the Ann Arbor Police Department,” said Steven Hiller, the deputy chief assistant prosecutor for the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office.
The girl’s attorney, Nabih Ayad, expressed outraged over the prosecutor’s decision.
Ayad said the case “is clear” that the girl was a victim of a hate crime and said he will be filing a civil lawsuit.
Of course, the perpetual litigation jihad.
Dawud Walid, the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations-Michigan, said his office “will be closely monitoring the outcome of the court proceedings as well as any possible involvement in this matter by the U.S. Department of Justice.”
If the U.S. government had any guts, they’d put a lein on all lawsuits this cretin, Ayad, files and demand that his share of all settlements and awards be garnished to pay back the student loans he refuses to pay. Like I said, American taxpayers put this Hezbollah supporter (whose family is in Hezbollah) through college and law school so he could file frivolous, whining lawsuits like this.

I will say this, the Muslims know the lynch pin of our constitution: civil rights, the treatment of equality to all citizens as they are all people of equal potential in the eyes of God, a Jude-Christian principle that makes our government a powerful entity for good on the world stage. However, the achilles heel, they know is to divide and cause fear by using the civil rights law to be a weapon against the American citizens. So for all our faults, we as a nation of many ethnicities have proven to live and strive together, they throw in the mix murder, intimidation, and terrorism, which shakes our trust and reminds us our vulnerability to be controlled and silence according to a particular group’s agenda. Our strength to overcome this will only be, if we can define the evil, their ideology is as corrosive as any nazi/racist supremism ideology, only they hide it with their religion mantle. We must define Islam as it is, dangerous and seditious for the American people, for our defense for security among our citizens. Until then, they will continue to erode our freedoms with their pathological agenda, break us apart from the very strength we fought and died over, our Judeo-Christian foundation of freedom for all.
