FYI, the Special Agents call their supervisors “Group Supervisors,” but in Enforcement and Removal Operations we call them Supervisory Detention and Deportation Officers, or SDDOs. ERO does not use the term “Group Supe.”

I think it’s pretty well established that ICE, as an agency, is a joke being run by Clowns. Their track record says so. Sadly, there are numerous employees that are doing their jobs but get demeaned, demoted, ridiculed, picked on and harassed by the Clown managers simply because they have nothing better to do. At least DRO employees, for the most part, do their jobs, but the HSI faction is over-populated and bloated by ridiculous, inept, inexperienced, psychotic,fake tough guy, niche-finding bureaucrats that sit on their asses all day surfing the internet from the comfort and safety of their climate controlled cubicle; collecting GS-13 pay, that’s about $125k a year,(or about to)and expecting to be promoted to GS-14 simply because they expect to. The cast was set years ago for these Clowns to take over the agency and transform it into a repository for the proliferation of Clowns. That is the reality of ICE, and HSI in general. They ain’t doing no criminal investigations, how else does one expect them to relieve their stress?
