Rasmieh Odeh GUILTY! Palestinian Terrorist Murderer Committed Immigration Fraud
Well, the American jury system still works in some cases. And so it goes with the case of Rasmieh Yousef Odeh (also spelled Rasmea and a number of other ways; that’s how Muslims scam the system and terrorists get away with it). The Palestinian Islamic terrorist was found guilty today in federal court in Detroit of committing immigration fraud, when she lied on multiple documents to get into, stay, and obtain a green card and citizenship in the United States.
I first told you about Odeh over a year ago. A Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorist, she perpetrated several bombings in Israel, including that of the British Consulate and an Israeli supermarket, murdering two people. Odeh was released in an Israeli trade of terrorists for Israeli soldiers (usually their dead, tortured, disfigured bodies), and eventually, she made her way to the United States, where she lied every step of the way about her conviction for murder and her association with PFLP, which also kidnapped and murdered Israeli Tourism Minister Rehavam Ze’evi. Predictably, Homeland Security, which used the same firm to vet her as it used to vet Edward Snowden and will use to vet beneficiaries of Obama/GOP immigration amnesty, missed Odeh’s terrorist murderer status for years, even though a documentary about her violent Islamic terrorist exploits came out in the many years before she was granted U.S. citizenship and was easily Googled. This is Homeland Security’s Citizenship and Immigration Services version of “vetting” immigrants seeking to enter and stay here. Wonderful.
Odeh became a Muslim Palestinian leader here in America, agitating for the terrorist-supporting community via the Arab American Action Network, the stomping ground of Obama buddy Rashid Khalidi. She also became an ObamaCare “Navigator.” And, soon, she will navigate federal prison.
Odeh was about to make a deal with the feds to be deported and not do jail time. But she abruptly took the deal off the table, choosing to be a martyrette for her cause and gambling that a jury would fall for the silly arguments of her Jew In Name Only (JINO) lawyer and embolden other Palestinian Muslim terrorist immigration defrauders. That gamble failed. So did her lawyers’ attempt to stop her conviction by having an “evil Zionist” a/k/a liberal Islamo-pandering Jewish judge removed from her case. The jury had to be partially sequestered to avoid them being threatened, accosted, and intimidated by HAMASnik protesters daily screaming and “protesting” in front of the federal courthouse in Detroit.
We should all thank Mark Jebson, the terrific federal prosecutor and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lawyer, who singlehandedly won this case. His “partner” at the prosecution table, the inept, Islamo-pandering Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan Tukel, had nothing to do with it, and as I’ve noted previously on this site, he’s mocked 9/11 and American victims of Islamic terrorism. And Tukel led the way in the Bush Administration effort to reverse jury convictions of the Detroit terror cell and go after brave former federal prosecutor Rick Convertino who obtained their convictions.
As I’ve noted on this site before, Mark Jebson has convicted many Islamic terrorists and illegal aliens who try to game the system. If only America had a few thousand Mark Jebsons. He obtained convictions against Islamic terrorists Ibrahim Parlak (PKK terrorist who trained in Syria and lied on his immigration forms), HAMAS/Islamic Jihad/Al-Qaeda fundraiser Fawaz Abu Damra (since deported), HAMAS fundraiser Abu Ratib a/k/a Mustapha Ali Masfaka., and Al-Qaeda terrorist/Bin Laden BFF Ibrahim Al-Churbaji a/k/a Abu Salim (whose son was an Obama fundraiser). He was also a prosecutor on the successful Holy Land Foundation cases, which convicted HAMAS fundraisers. If I were an Islamic terrorist and/or immigration defrauder and I saw the name Mark Jebson as the prosecutor on my case, I’d be quaking in my keffiyeh. And he’s a mensch, too.
Congrats to Mark and all of the many ICE Aaents who worked on this case. A Palestinian Islamic terrorist who murdered two people and laughed all the way to America will now do some hard time. Alhamdulilah [praise allah].
Ms. Odeh was led off to prison in handcuffs today, and she will be back in court for sentencing on March 10th. Let’s hope she does several years in prison (she faces up to ten years) before she is deported back to the Middle East. Sadly, she has many family members, including a brother, who still live here and hold U.S. citizenship.
