UPDATE – Shooter Not TSA; LAX Shooting: TSA Agent Killed, Other Shot in Leg; FLASHBACK: Homeland Security Trained TSA Agents for Mass Shootings
**** UPDATE: We now know that the LAX Shooter is NOT connected to the TSA, as media reports had previously reported. We know he’s a 23-year-old. So, why did he do it? Just another “crazy”? Remember that the Al-Qaeda handbook instructs jihadists to recruit crazies and other mental defectives so that their acts can be pawned off as “just the acts of another crazy person.” Was that the case here? Seems like an awful lotta “crazy” people shooting up Naval bases, major airports, and the White House area, recently. ****
As you probably know, there was a shooting at LAX–the Los Angeles International Airport–in the area ahead of screening. This has always been a vulnerable spot, as numbers of people are there waiting in line, and there are a lot of sitting duck targets (many without their shoes and belts, in the interest of theater). So, who did it, and why?
A TSA Agent was killed, reportedly, BY AN OFF-DUTY TSA AGENT (according to “officials”). Hmmm . . . time to change the “going Postal” phrase to “going TSA,” as in Tough S–t America! Say a prayer for the murdered TSA Agent, and remember that Homeland Security was prepared for this type of shooting and trained TSA agents how to deal with it. Sadly, I doubt the training included a scenario with a fellow agent as the perpetrator. Homeland Security and other law enforcement authorities have long feared someone setting off a bomb or engaged in mass shooting at airports in the areas before the security screening line. But not this way. And if this were a Muslim TSA agent (there are plenty of those), this would be the perfect way to carry out jihad. He was off-duty, but had the ID and credentials to get past everyone and everything.
From Alan Jones in The Washington Times, earlier this year:
January 26, 2013 ? Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screeners are receiving training to prepare them for the possibility of a mass shooting at one of the agency’s airport checkpoints, and those TSA personnel are being instructed to “save themselves” should a shooting occur.
It is unclear whether the TSA is conducting the reported mass shooting scenario training at airports around the nation or only at the airport where our source, a veteran of the TSA, is assigned. The TSA source claims with obvious concern that his own life, along with the lives of other unarmed TSA personnel, would be in grave danger were an airport checkpoint shooting to unfold.
The TSA screener, who claims to have recently undergone agency training during which TSA personnel were confronted with a chilling checkpoint shooting scenario, now tries to remain aware of how to get out alive were such a shooting to unfold. “Every day when I arrive for work, I look for an escape route in case someone opens fire,” said the TSA worker. “We have been told to save ourselves.”
Does the TSA already have intelligence about a possible future checkpoint shooting?
It is unclear whether the alleged training is simply a prudent attempt by the agency to protect its own employees from every imaginable contingency. Fears are that the Department of Homeland Security has detected a threat and is already moving to prepare staff to either handle it or get out of the way.
Considering the full range of possible reasons for the alleged TSA training, it would be hard to say whether the agency actually expects a checkpoint shooting.
Well, today, they got one (and it’s not the first such shooting at LAX–remember the Muslim attack on the El-Al ticket counter?). Anywhere in an airport prior to the security checkpoint is a vulnerable spot. And, sadly, as we all know, the checkpoint in and of itself is mostly useless, too.

Tonight you celebrate the day of the dead, with or without pampkins. In honor of that day, 1 man took a decision to kill his colleague & make him an angel.
May the USA shoot itself to oblivion.
