Turkish Man Molests Sleeping US Passenger – Guess the Religion (VIDEO)

Hey, yet another example on the dung-heap of “Islamic modesty”:

A North Bergen man is accused of sexually abusing a woman who fell asleep during a five-hour United Airlines flight from Phoenix to Newark Liberty Airport.

Bawer Aksal, 48, was arrested Tuesday when the plane landed.

According to prosecutors, Aksal was seated next to a woman who had the window seat. They didn’t know each other.

At one point during the flight, prosecutors said the woman fell asleep. When she woke up, prosecutors said Aksal had one hand in her shorts and another in her shirt.

According to the FBI complaint, Aksal, who was breathing heavy whispered to the victim “Kiss me.”

Prosecutors said the alarmed woman told Aksal to get off of her and slammed down the armrest. She then told a member of the flight crew what happened. The victim’s story was backed up by the passenger sitting on the other side of Aksal, who was isolated on the plane after the alleged incident and arrested as soon as the flight landed.

Police said the flight crew isolated the suspect on the plane after the alleged assault. . . .

According to the complaint, Aksal was interviewed by law enforcement officers when the plane landed and read his rights. Nonetheless, according to the complaint, Aksal admitted groping the woman, but claimed it was consensual.

Read the federal criminal complaint. I wonder what his immigration status is.

Muslims should be placed in secured pet carriers before boarding the plane. This is stuff is insane.

Turkey is supposed to be one of the more moderate and progressive Islamic lands. We now know what this is worth. You have a man pushing fifty acting like an out of control thirteen year old. Also, why did Bawer Aksal think that claiming the molestation of a sleeping woman was consensual would be believable by anyone? Also, why did Aksal think that engaging in a sexual act in a public place like a jetliner was in the least bit appropriate? Islamic modesty seems to go just one way. Islam seems to be a breeding ground for misogyny.

Yes, Muslims should not be allowed on the plane with other religions or secular beliefs. I have never flown commercial airlines after 9/11. This is my boycott on the airlines.
If they would offer “muslim free planes” I would fly commercial again.

Norman, I am a believer in getting to know something, even if it is ugly and horrible. What you do not know or understand is very much like a shark that is one hundred yards off the beach. You may get in for a swim, and paddle around without a problem. However, the very next you try to do the same thing, the shark will be waiting for you. I would rather have more knowledge rather than less in order to avoid such situations. Finally, learning new things or deepening one’s understanding of what one has previously learned keeps you alive and vital. Those who give up on or have never engaged in advanced learning miss much of the world, and lead only half a life.

Oh, I understand. It was called “Gloomy Sunday”, and was composed in Hungary in 1933 as Hitler was coming to power and the whole world was coming unglued. Gloomy Sunday had the reputation of inducing suicide. I thought it appropriate music to play at Heathrow and Gatwick as background music.

I won’t repeat it on here to avoid giving sicko freaks and perverts unwarranted pleasure who come might come across this thread but I will confine myself to making one observation.

Since when it is a consensual act to invade someone’s private body parts without their knowledge? If he don’t know that’s breaking the law, he was either depraved or incredibly stupid.

Its safe to say however this case turns out, he won’t be flying the skies in this country again for the foreseeable future.

As for Islanmic modesty, well its just a myth. This is another example of how Muslim males can’t control their animal impulses around women. It has nothing to do with whatever country they happen to come from.

Its Islam! And this didn’t happen in Tahrir Square. It happened on a plane in flight over the continental United States from Arizona to New Jersey.

There are plenty of would be Aksals out there.

A good Muslim cannot be a moderate, since that would indicate hypocrisy or actual unbelief in the Islamic theological model. One cannot be the actual friend of an unbeliever, since they are a warning or caution from Allah. Only in cases of great distress or need may a Muslim even simulate good intentions towards a kafir. With outsiders, most engage in taqqiya or kitman when a relationship is needed with an unbeliver. It is akin to a John hiring a prostitute, even though in the unbeliever’s actual situation is unkown to them. As a prerogative of being a Muslim,this concession can be withdrawn as soon as the necessity is past. The former hotility or outright attacks resume as against the former infidel friend. There used to be a practice called “Keelhauling” where an offender or criminal, whatever, was tied to a line and then hauled either under a ship from port to starboard side or down the length of the keel. Either method generally resulted in the death of the individual by drowning or by getting sliced to ribbons by the barnacles that attach themselves to the keel of the ship. Too bad we couldn’t bring back the practice and toss this animal out of the airliner and have him bounce along the runway behind the plane as it lands. Whatever is left of him can then be scrapped up, put in an envelope and sent to his family.

Millions of people fly in this country every day without incident. Western men are capable of behaving themselves around women no matter how they choose to dress. That’s one side of the picture.

Here’s the other side: ask yourself why Muslim men can’t maintain self-control besides an uncovered woman on a a five hour cross-country flight.

This isn’t the only thing they do as “practice” for some future terrorist atrocity. Maybe this was some sort of test, who knows.

And as long as we allow them to fly with us, incidents of this sort and others on our planes in the name of jihad against us are guaranteed to happen in the future.

That said, a strange man who needed to put his fingers in a strange woman’s private body parts and on her breasts without her permission is need of serious help.

This would probably qualify as first degree rape in some jurisdictions since its irrelevant what was used to penetrate the vagina and anus. All that matters is intention and the victim was not in a position to give consent to any sexual activity that was initiated.

Hopefully this pervert is going to go away for a long time and no one will miss him!

And again, lets not have Jeff Jacoby lecture us again how modest Muslims are compared to the followers of other religions. Its getting old!

Islam only truly imposes its modesty requirements on women. One gender gets to dress more or less normally in public, while the other one must wear a garbage bag with eye slits. The woman is in essentially a portable prison or pet carrier.

Norman, the tough thing is that the things we know about Muslims are so horribly unbelievable that if we tried saying that to a normal person who knew nothing about any of this, s/he would think we were paranoid.

Like Worry, I too believe in knowing that worst that there is to know about people. Problem is that it’s next to impossible to convince others of it, and in the event that something like it does happen, it is impossible to make the case that that is true about the Muslim population at random. End result is that too many tragedies that might have been preventable happen to be not preventable.

Worry, I wouldn’t bother about their nationalities – whether they are Turkish, Arab, Somali, Paki, Afghan, Iranian, Bangladeshi, Indian Muslim, Malay, Indonesian or whatever, I’d trust them as far as I can throw them. And needless to say, I’m not Olympic material.

No but even if that was case, the moment she withdrew consent, he had a legal duty to stop and then it wasn’t consensual – when he still proceeded at that point and then it became sexual assault.

No doubt his lawyers will blame his inability to control his urges on the way she dressed and try to blame her as a slut.

I don’t see that working here since its not a typical he said/she said rape case story. There are witnesses and it just isn’t good for him.

I expect that he will be convicted and have to register for life as a sex offender if he gets out of prison. And the best part is there are a only limited number of places he can live in this country with that kind of designation.

A lot of unbridled racism here, starting with Debbie’s original question about Aksal’s religion. One person doing something reprehensible should not reflect on an entire religion or race. The paranoia expressed here reminds me of how White people used to (and some still do) fear African American being in the vicinity of White women.

Debbie, here are some questions for you: “Brutal Aryan Brotherhood Murders: Guess Race and Religion”; Klan and Neo Nazi Violence since 2010: Guess Race and Religion.” Just google the first part of each question to get examples of the glories of your race and religion.

No race and religion is blameless and the White race and Christian religion have probably done as much or more violence than others.
