Doubling of US Mosques Since 9/11 No Surprise: 25% of US Muslims Immigrated Under Bush/Obama
I’m not sure why everyone is so shocked that the number of mosques in America has nearly doubled since 9/11. This was predictable and to be expected. As I’ve reported on this site, 25% of the Muslims now in the U.S. came here from 2000-2011. Yes, that’s right: 25% of the Muslims now in the U.S. came here during the Bush and Obama administrations. Yes, we rolled out the welcome mat for those who mass murdered 3,000 Americans and plenty more before and after that, plus many more attempts to murder even more. 9/11 was the best move they ever made. They mass murdered Americans, Americans cowered and appeased, and more and more of them came rolling through the gates with a golden ticket. And as Muslim immigration to America increased, the Bush and Obama Justice Departments both consistently threatened localities with federal civil rights lawsuits if they refused to allow and zone for these mosques. This has never been done for churches.
As I’ve said many times over the years, unless we stop Muslim immigration, there will be more and more mosques and they will acquire more and more power. But morons, like Slobbert Spencer, say it’s okay for Muslims to be allowed into the U.S., so long as they give the right answer. Because Muslims would never lie, right? No one lies to get into America, right?
The numbers are clear. There is no “Islamophobia” in America. Unfortunately, there is widespread Islamo-pandering.

The number of American mosques has increased dramatically in the last decade despite post 9/11 protests aimed at Muslim houses of worship, according to a new study. The new Islamic centers serve Muslims who moved into the suburbs and newer immigrants from Africa, Iraq and elsewhere.
Researchers conducting the national count found a total of 2,106 Islamic centers, compared to 1,209 in 2000 and 962 in 1994. About one-quarter of the centers were built between 2000-2011. . . .
The report released Wednesday, “The American Mosque 2011,” is a tally based on mailing lists, websites and interviews with community leaders, and a survey and interviews with 524 mosque leaders. . . .
Researchers defined a mosque as a Muslim organization that holds Friday congregational prayers called jumah, conducts other Islamic activities and has operational control of its building. Buildings such as hospitals and schools that have space for Friday prayer were not included.
And FYI, Muslims consider those mosques, too. If they’ve ever prayed there, it’s “Dar Al-Islam,” Muslim land.
Chapters of the Muslim Student Association at colleges and universities were included only if they had space off-campus or had oversight of the building where prayer was held.
The overwhelming majority of mosques are in cities, but the number located in suburbs rose from 16 percent in 2000 to 28 percent in 2011. The Northeast once had the largest number of mosques, but Islamic centers are now concentrated in the South and West, the study found. New York still has the greatest number of Islamic centers — 257 — followed by 246 in California and 166 in Texas. Florida is fourth with 118. The shift follows the general pattern of population movement to the South and West.
Yup, they are all over and their numbers are growing and growing because we did nothing to stop Muslim immigration and because Bush used 9/11 as an excuse to allow more of the co-religionists of the mass-murderers of 3,000 into our borders.

Yes, it is spreading like a cancer under the friendly eyes of our political class. As Debbie noted, churches have never gotten this sort of legal cover from the federal government. We as taxpayers are subsidizing Islam.
