We just adopted a deaf Turkish Angora to replace our precious Tovah (of blessed memory) who died just shy of 7 years from cancer. Her name is Teish Chaim. I told our vet: “She better get ALL 9 lives she has coming to her.”

As a cat owner of two cats – its readily observable they don’t obey rules and live to please themselves.
Its cruel to make fun of them and treat them like dogs! Cats are a special pet for the owner who can appreciate them as they are.

Debbie, FYI I am the reigning poster boy for “Cat owners with too much time on their hands”/Jewish division. As my current reign ends on Tu B’Shevat, H. and I seek new challenges. We have therefore decided to make aliyah to Detroit and move in with you. I will edit your blog, add a sports section, and get your videos on an iPhone standard. H. will handle any rodent outbreaks and generally keep the kitchen floor clean. I know what you’re thinking Debbie, but I will personally inform H. that he sleeps alone.

I have 4 cats, all of who adore their daddy to varying degrees (both boys and 1 girl follow me everywhere, and 1 girl demands that I pay attention to her but makes me go to her). One might saw I am “whipped,” but MY mother brushes her cat’s teeth, every day! The cat loves it!

As the owner of two of the gentlest cat sisters around I can appreciate this video. My girls are very tolerant and allow us to take pics of them wearing hats or in funny poses, but they are treated like the animal royalty they are.

LOL! It’s so zany! I don’t get it but I love cats and it made me laugh.
Kimmel’s show is very funny these days. I have really enjoyed the last few ones posted. (Especially the cinnamon challenge and the crappy christmas gifts one!)
