a grisly and sad event… but it underscores what many people believe about the OWS archetype: many are mentally ill to behave and believe as they do.

if i were a journalist, i would infiltrate the OWS campsites, make a good list of those who have obvious mental problems and see if one could dig up the histories of these folks that comprise many within the OWS movement. it would be an invaluable contribution to get this type of journalistic invetigation into the media before the upcoming election: obama’s minions and brownshirts are either communists, insane or a combination of the two.

I don’t know why they let this go on as long as they have! They should have got out the fire hoses & tear gas long ago. Now we have government employees from the parks department thinking it’s their job to defend free speech & not the rule of law!!!

Even Democrats are starting to back away from this mob movement. It is incoherent, anarchic, destructive, and quite often violent. Even the Occupation Movement’s original sponsers, unions and leftist organizations, could not be all that pleased with what they have spawned. The bulk of these people would be unemployable even durign the best of times.

I’m still waiting for the feckless DC government and Park Police to finally shut down the Occupy DC campsites at Freedom Plaza and McPherson Square. Enough is enough.

The Democrats who are backing away are doing it because the protests haven’t been well received. They have nothing inherently against the protests. It is amazing how many supposed adults, instead of growing wiser as they grow older seem to relapse into dotage.

And of course most of the protesters are mentally ill — both because of the foolishness of the protests themselves, and second because of the self-destructiveness of their life-styles.

It is important to take notice how OWS is sanitized in the media and by Democrats. It is also important to know just how OWS got started (Ad Busters magazine) and who is behind it (George Soros and the Unions). And please don’t forget how the Tea Party is demonized and yet the Tea Party rallies cannot compete with the disgusting and barbaric and anti-social wackness that happens under the auspices of smelly and fraudulent OWS.

Let me remind those taking notes that OWS is infamous for smelly inhabitants, violence, stealing, rape, spreading venereal diseases, pooping on police cars (as well as public pooping and urinating), spreading TB, spreading scabies, beatings, murder, suicide, abandoning of 13 month old babies, racism, anti-semitism, public sex, territorial pissings regarding the homeless and “Occupiers” (some animals are more equal than others), closing down businesses (Milk Street Cafe in NYC), protesting Wells Fargo Bank and THEN depositing the money into the same bank the very same day, hoarding the money and being skin-flinty with it, segregating women into a “safety zone” because the men of the movement can’t be trusted to NOT rape the silly females of the movement, leaving 2 year old toddlers on railroad tracks, anti-social behaviour when they *pretend* to care about their fellow man and NOW parent murder.

It’s hilarious that the media sanitizes the filth-ins when it’s just a mini-microcosm of what happens when social unrest come to town.

If the Tea Party Rallies did only half of those gross things don’t you think Chaz Napolitano and DHS would have gotten involved long ago and the action would be swift?

Everything about the OWS movement should make one very afraid of just how far the Liberals (and beyond Liberals) will go to topple what is left of the America we knew of pride and strong values. Read the list again and then ponder how the movement is being handled and sanitized. Scary.

I remember reading abut all the murders during the TEA Party rallies. And the rioting? And the flag burning? And the public defecating? Remember? No. Never happened.

If someone really wants to understand the pathology of these people, just go back to the psychoanalytic literature of the 60s, studies of borderline teenagers, books on the borderline personality there is a lot of literature by psychoanalytic writers describing their clinical experience with people similar to the current demonstrators. Any good university medical library will have such resources. (and make sure its psychoanalytic literature, not the feelgood therapies that flourished in the 60s and 70s).

Debbie I was recently occupying a local Kosher fleishig restaurant. I put on my Jewish beanie so that the other frumster patrons wouldn’t have to suffer an uncovered Jew. I had the felafel plate and hot tea. They didn’t put any tahini sauce on it so it was too dry. I might have asked for some but I had read their online health inspection and wasn’t eager to push the envelope. There were two 20 something pretty Jewish waitresses. I think they dug me so I left a handsome tip. Afterwards the manager gave me a happy face. I hope that doesn’t mean he got some of my tip. Next door there was a Kosher chalav Yisroel gelato place but we couldn’t wait the required 5 hours and 1 minute time out having just had meat. I think the whole chalav Yisroel thing is a bit of a gimmick. Do people really milk pigs and contaminate the bovine milk supply? My theory is that adopted sons are far more likely to kill their parents (and far less likely to be Moshiach in our case) than homemade kids. Debbie, I say we get down to business.

This is just another let’s rob your future and make the government rich scam. If these kids had one clue that this is their own future the liberals want to rob from them they would be at washington where they belong. The location that really started all of the discontent and lies.
If the government needs more money they should stop giving it away to other nations and start taking care of their own people.
Chairity begins at home and we dont have a money problem we have a spending problem.
Time to get rid of the same old greedy grabers in the government and get people who care about the future of this nation.
If these kids want something to be angry about they should be angry about the government heartlessly spending them into a hole in the ground.

You may get your wish. Both the NATO and G8 Summit are scheduled to be in Chicago in May, at the exact same time! Both of these are well known for their violent confrontations.

I can’t wait for the Chicago Police Department’s re-enactment of the 1968 convention!

During a recent March for Life gathering in the Rhode Island Capitol Building, the pro-life crowd was infiltrated by Occupiers who proceeded to make so much noise that they kept a priest from saying a prayer. But the big disruption was when one of the Occupiers dumped condoms onto the crowd that included catholic school girls and Cub Scouts. If course, no one has been arrested.
