Muslima on Trial for Terrorism Refuses to Stand for Judge; Govt’s Disturbing “Terrorism” Expert
The federal trial of Hawo Mohamed Hassan and Amina Farah Ali is emblematic of what we are facing in trying to continue to prosecute American Islamic terrorists and their U.S. financiers and enablers in the federal criminal court system. Hassan and Ali, both women from Rochester, Minnesota, were indicted (read the indictment) along with 18 others in July for funding Al Shabaab, the Somali chapter of Al-Qaeda. They not only funded it, but communications show they helped coordinate the travels of several jihadists to Somalia and the murders of several individuals in terrorist attacks, including a Somali policeman. And, sadly, in this trial as in several others, the government continues to use an over-rated “terrorism expert” who blamed the “right wing” (NOT Muslims) for the attempted Times Square bombing by Islamic terrorist Faisal Shahzad.

Whenever you hear from feminists and other moronettes that “if women ruled the world, we’d have peace,” remember Ms. Hassan and Ms. Farah. They financed death and destruction, and as we know, they are just two of many terrorist-enablers and terrorists themselves who have a vagina.
The trial began today, with jury selection, which was disrupted when Ali refused to stand as the federal judge presiding over the case entered the courtroom. This was after the judge issued a written order for Ms. Ali to stand on Friday. It’s a sign that she does not recognize the United States and its courts, only Islam and its courts. The chief judge ordered her arrested. And here’s some of what this “peace-contributing fairer sex” person did, the reason she’s in court in the first place:
One of two Minnesota women accused of funneling money to a terrorist group in Somalia allegedly told potential donors to ignore charities and focus on “the jihad” and helped finance local Somali men’s travel to their war-torn homeland to fight, prosecutors alleged in court filings.
The details hint at evidence the government claims it has against Amina Farah Ali, who is scheduled to stand trial Monday on multiple terror charges. Prosecutors said Ali, 35, and her co-defendant, 64-year-old Hawo Mohamed Hassan, were part of a “deadly pipeline” that routed money and fighters from the U.S. to Somalia.
The women, both U.S. citizens of Somali descent, were among 20 people charged in Minnesota’s long-running federal investigations into recruiting and financing for al-Shabab, which the U.S. considers a terror group with ties to al-Qaida. Investigators believe at least 21 men left Minnesota—home to the country’s largest Somali community—to join al-Shabab.
A look at the exhibit list is chilling. It refers to transcripts of their conversations regarding the murder of a police officer, in which they and their jihadists were apparently involved, their coordination of travel for several jihadists, and their heavy involvement in planning all aspects of terrorism plots in Somalia, from their Rochester homes.
Unfortunately, as I noted above, the government continues to use Evan Kohlmann–a great example of “fake it ’til ya make it”–as its terrorism expert. Kohlmann is a moron. He doesn’t even speak Arabic and frequently gets wrong the most basic things a real terrorism expert would know. If you read this site or even just pick up a newspaper, you know more about Islamic terrorism than that fraud. He’s the one–after the Times Square attempted bombing–who claimed, along with New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg, that the attempted bombing was probably done by “a right wing group” upset over ObamaCare. He denied that the attempted bombing was an attempt by a Pakistani (which it was) and claimed the explosives were nothing, that the “bark is worse than its bite” (but the NYPD simulated the bomb and showed it would have killed and maimed many). As we know, this so-called “terrorism expert” was wrong, and, in fact, it was a Pakistani Islamic terrorist, Faisal Shahzad, inspired by the newly-late Anwar Al-Awlaki, who tried to kill and maim innocent Americans in Times Square.
Former INS official Mike Cutler told me that Kohlmann insisted to him in a debate that Islamic immigration and illegal alien Islamic terrorists isn’t a problem. Only a complete bonehead would make that statement. There’s a reason HAMAS’ CAIR Action Network and every other pro-HAMAS/Hezbollah Islamic and Arabic group supports open borders and opposes every attempt to close immigration loopholes and laxness. Sadly, another fraud, Steven Emerson, employed Kohlmann, and one day, FOX News’ Bill O’Reilly got a mancrush on him. Soon, the fawning over his incompetent so-called terrorism expertise took off, and he got a contract with NBC. The morons at the FBI and the Justice Department frequently use Kohlmann to question terrorists. It’s comical, as is the fact that he used to “brief” former National Security Advisor Richard C. Clarke.
The federal government has paid Kohlmann over $100,000 for his non-expertise in several terrorism cases, and more than $20,000 for this case. Cha-ching! That’s a lot of money for someone who blames Islamic terrorist attempted bombings of New York on the “far right.” But both the Bushies and the Obamaniks utilize this phony in their cases.
And so it goes. Yes, this case is very symbolic of America’s criminal court cases against Islamic terrorists. And, while the government will probably win this case, we are losing in the long run.

Debbie, I couldn’t quite help myself reading that last sentence that you wrote, so Ms. Ali doesn’t acknowledge US courts, but demands that she recognize Islamic courts here in the United States of America, one of the most liberal-democratic-republic countries in the world? If Ms. Ali wants to recognize islamic courts, then I suggest she purchase a one-way ticket back to Somalia and notice sharia-esque courts over there or in any islamic country in the middle east!
And its also clear to me that Ms. Ali is a “xenophobe”! That’s right you dhimmi’s/islamist apologist (from the left wing, right wing and center), Ms. Ali is a “xenophobe”, if she was not a xenophobe, then she would’ve stood up as the federal judges ordered/demanded her to, and realize US courts.
