Video of the Day #2: “Classy” Airhead America Liberals Attack Schlussel on B Hussein O

By Debbie Schlussel
Well over a year ago, when I first wrote about Barack Hussein Obama’s Islamic background, I was roundly excoriated–not just by liberals, but by CINOs (Conservatives in Name Only), of which there are far too many. I understand the knee-jerk reaction of the left. But I’m not sure why those holier-than-thous on the right were so upset that I wrote the truth, other than their PC gods that tell them that thou must speak/hear/see no evil about Muslims and Islam post-9/11. And we cannot have truth enter the equation. Plus, those with far less traffic and readership wanted to say, “Look at me, I’m better than Schlussel.” Whatever. Since then, I’ve posted a ton of stuff on Obama backing this up, including an exclusive investigative piece on Obama’s Islamist leanings and Nation of Islam employees in key positions on his U.S. Senate staff.
Among the most annoying and–frankly, silly and unintelligent–Schlussel “attackers” regarding Obama were these two weak slackers from Air America. I’m posting their video mostly for its entertainment value–to show you, a year later, how wrong they were and crude (because they can’t make a legit point, so that’s what they resort to).

Every time I watch it, it at once gives me comfort–at how stupid and juvenile the other side is–and dismay–that there are such dumb, coarse idiots in America with a political radio show. Although it is the most viewed video under my name at YouTube, most of the people posting comments on it agree with me on Obama. And this video–in its stupidity and classlessness–makes my point, more than it makes their point.
These anti-adonis slackjobs call themselves “The Young Turks.” But they’re neither young, nor are they “young Turks,” since they’re just conventional left-wing bores (and boors). One is a wimpy, far-left Jew, who, sadly, wasn’t blessed with the intellect of the Jewish people (yes, there are mutant genes in every population). Methinks he could be easily broken in half. The chubby one is a “former” Muslim from Turkey (get it?–Young Turks; how catchy), who still–in his own mind–is a Muslim with a chip the size of North America on his shoulder.
Over a year later, you can see that what I wrote was correct and, I dare say, prescient. What they said was ill-informed and has proven false. Their uber-classy nature remains. (In case you don’t get it, that was sarcasm.) My fave part is their even more airheaded chick sidekick who doesn’t know that McCain is an Irish surname and thinks it could be Germanic. Yup, and the last name “Houlihan” comes right from central Bavaria.
Oh, and as for their comments:
* The Arab Street is, in fact, rooting for Obama. Read any Arab or Muslim newspaper. Not that these idiots do.
* So I made it up that Obama’s moving in the direction of his father. They ask how he is moving in the direction of his Kenyan father’s heritage. Hmmm . . . I’m sure these pics are just my imagination. . .

* They claim that I’m really not anti-Muslim, but anti-Black and racist in my attacks on Obama. Really? Where in the heck in this piece have I mentioned his race? Do you see any mention of it here? They completely made their “inference” up, while attacking me for reporting facts. Here’s a tip, guys: Islam ain’t a race. Frankly, I’d love the Black Thomas Sowell, Ward Connerly, Alan Keyes, Walter Williams, Armstrong Williams, or a guy like Independent Conservative running the country. But, hey, when you have a weak argument, play the race card. That’s what liberals do.
* The completely idiotic sidekick chick and the two men are saying that if I attacked Blacks or Jews, everyone would be upset. Um . . . how many Blacks or Jews hijacked the planes on 9/11? Blew up the Kobar Towers, several U.S. embassies, and the Buenos Aires Jewish Community Center, beheaded Daniel Pearl and Nick Berg? When there’s a Black Jihad or Jewish Jihad targeting Americans and westerners all over the world, then I’ll be questioning them, too. Today, we know who is attacking us. (And sadly, some of them work for Airhead America.) Love how they attack “that Asian woman,” Michelle Malkin. But, nooooo, they’re not prejudiced.
* I happen to like the Irgun. One of my family’s closest friends was in the Irgun, which helped bring about freedom for the Jews from British control and finally allowed them to fight back against Arab Muslim terrorist attacks. We admire him greatly. If a member of the Irgun was President of the U.S.–or even today’s Israel–then Al-Qaeda and Islam would be reeling, not winning.

“You know you’ve won an arguement with a liberal when they call you a ‘racist'”.
I can’t remember who said this first. I forget. I only know that Ann Coulter wrote it in one of her books and gave credit to the correct person. I think I only remembered the one-liner because of Ann. Anyway, I think your column is just another fine example of the truth in this statement.

Debbie, take a broomstick and break it in half and shove it up his ass.

This is classic AA. It’s no different than tuning in on the radio. Five minutes of what seems like successfully indoctrinated high school kids ranting ignorantly about everything their teachers told them, you turn off the radio, wondering how people of this level get put behind a microphone.

These guys don’t get paid for this show, do they?

“But I’m not sure why those holier-than-thous on the right were so upset that I wrote the truth . . ”
Because “Once a Muslim, always a Muslim” is not the truth. Obama never embraced the religion.
Anyone with a brain can see that the few years in his youth that he spent in a secular school where he’d attend a religion class once a week has had no bearing on whether he’s fit to be Commander in Chief in 2008. It’s a moot point that you continue to harp on. For goodness sake, he attended a Catholic school in his youth as well, how devout a Muslim could he be?

Unfortunately it is not only the liberals. On the way home today I was listening to a supposedly conservative talk show host. While he didn’t attack any columnists by name while I was listening, he pontificated at great length about how it was wrong to attack Obama for Muslim background, etc. Another nitwit on the same “conservative” station said the same thing this morning, again without mentioning names. The talking points must have been distributed.
If Muslims are so loyal, let them show it by denouncing and exposing the terrorists among them and not just mouthing pro forma disclaimers when the heat’s on. We all kow the polls about how many Muslims support the terrorists, and don’t identify with the West. We are in denial if we ignore this.

” . . .he pontificated at great length about how it was wrong to attack Obama for Muslim background, etc. Another nitwit on the same “conservative” station said the same thing this morning . . .”
So c f, you’re saying there’s nothing wrong with attacking Obama for, as you write it, Muslim background?

Audacious on February 27, 2008 at 4:42 pm

Let’s say 20 years ago I was a security officer at a sensitive nuclear facility. I interview a job applicant whose parents were Communist, and who went to a Communist school for several years when he was young, and never repudiated Communism until he was trying to get this job. I had a cousin who was currently leading a Communist/terrorist uprising in Africa, and the Communist press was supporting me quite openly. I would be a fool to hire this person unless he had a long background of repudiating Communism both in words and in action, and I had done a background investigation of his friends, family and associates and verified that this repudiation was heartfelt and genuine.
Same for Obama and the Muslims, who in word and deed, for the most part have indicated that any loyalty they express to this country is tactical in nature. Every day there are new incidents of Muslim disloyalty, and the Muslim community as a whole seems to go along with this. Incident after incident, Muslim taxi drivers not picking up blind people with seeing-eye dogs, honor killings — they seem either to endorse or acquiese in a barbaric civilization, and I am not going to give them the benefit of the doubt.

c f on February 27, 2008 at 5:03 pm

Well thanks for the response, c f. So you have no problem holding an entire religion suspect, millions of people we’re talking about, due to the actions of a fraction of them? That’s called bigotry, c f.

Audacious on February 27, 2008 at 5:25 pm

I truly do not understand why certain posters on this board find it somehow aborrent to hold people responsible for the values they espouse, the actions they perform, and the societies they produce.

DocLiberty on February 27, 2008 at 9:55 pm

Well I agree with most of it. But Debbie if the guy is a wimpy Jew of course he is not going to be original and I think it is very sad. Let us not completely destroy a Jew who clearly is wimpy and obviously has some issues. It’s enough to say that he is a wimpy jew with no backbone and nothing original Jew. I say that at one time I was a very wimpy Jew because of what I had to put up with growing up.
In terms of Irgun I would generally agree although Menachim Begin was a so-so prime minister and he led Irgun and I don’t know why as prime minister he was somehwat weak as he was a brave Jew but also seemed to be principled when he ran Irgun in how he treated other Jews and didn’t seem to be doing it just for his own legacy.

The proof is directly in front of us everyday. Only guilty islamic sympathizers can CONTINUE to contest the facts. Every day it’s something else with these idiots.
Aydacious doesn’t have anything else to do, it seems but continue her agitating on this web site (one she obviously holds no appreciation for) because thats their only mission in life basically anyway. Make conservative people angry at them. FROM A DISTANCE OF COURSE. Like a palestinian stone thrower. Retards that they are. Aydacious just serves as constant reminder of the enemy within our great nation. Stay alert for the threat around us.

For the record, that dress that Obama is photographed in above, is not actually Islamic dress, It is of the nomadic people of the area.
So your problem with Obama is presumably therefor with his African heritage.
Why is someone’s African heritage a problem for you? compared to say – German heritage?

You were mocked on their YouTube channel. I’ve defended you recently, and reported those nasty comments you’ve received as spams. The Young Turks (er.. the Young Turds) and their followers are classic proof of left-wing insanity.
