Khalid Aldawsari: Another Saudi Student Bush Welcomed Tries to Kill Bush, Americans

By Debbie Schlussel

Remember when President Bush first doubled, then quadrupled the number of Saudi-sponsored student visas to tens of thousands (over 30,000)? Even if only a small percentage are terrorists, that’s a small percentage on our shores, seeking our deaths.  Well, now, we continue to reap the “rewards” of his politically-correct pandering to Islam through immigration.  Yup, these student visas weren’t an Obama thing.  They’re a Bush thing.  As you’ve probably read by now, the feds unsealed a Federal Criminal Complaint against Saudi student visa holder, Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari, 20, a citizen of Saudi Arabia and resident of Lubbock, Texas, who was arrested yesterday.  Aldawsari was seeking chemicals to make Weapons of Mass Destruction.  He sought to use WMD to murder Americans, American Soldiers, and President Bush . . . the very man who kissed Muslim butt to make it easier for Aldawsari to get into the U.S.  Read the affidavit of FBI Special Agent Michael N. Orndorff, attached to the Federal Criminal Complaint.

Aldawsari in US Because of Bush-Abdullah Saudi Student Visa Deal

I’ve long cited the problem of these Saudi-sponsored student visas, which as I noted President Bush quadrupled in response to mostly-Saudi Muslims mass-murdering 3,000 Americans.  They murder thousands of us, we let more of ’em in.  See the logic?  I’ve written about Homaidan Al-Turki, a Saudi student, who tortured and raped his housekeeper in Denver.  Not reported in the news but relayed to me by reliable sources, Al-Turki was under investigation by FBI counterterrorism agents for terrorist recruiting and the spread of jihadist literature.  When he was finally convicted, the gutless then-Colorado Attorney General flew to Saudi Arabia to apologize for the conviction.  I’ve also written about Saudi-sponsored student-visa holders, Mana Saleh Almanajam and Shaker Mohsen Alsidran, who did a dry run for a terrorist attack against children in South Florida, boarding a Tampa school bus in trenchcoats in 90-plus degree weather.

And I’ve written about the eleven Saudi-sponsored student visa-holders from Egypt who disappeared and some of whom were found at a Baltimore pizza shop associated with a plot to blow up a tunnel.  When they were finally tried in Immigration Court, the bond hearing was closed to the public because the feds–particularly the FBI joint terrorism task force members involved in investigating and locating them–needed the hearing sealed for national security reasons.  When I wrote about this, ICE officials told me privately that I was on the money.  That’s not to mention the Times Square Bomber Faisal Shahzad and a Pakistan-based associate of his who was plotting to poison U.S. officials’ food, both Saudi-sponsored student visa holders.  And then there’s the Saudi-sponsored student visa-holder who tried to sneak a knife on a plane.

And there are many other Saudi-sponsored student visa holders I’ve written about, all of them Muslims (that’s a basic requirement by the Saudi government for them to sponsor applicants), who’ve disappeared into the great American abyss.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have never found most of them and they remain at large, planning who knows what?  Many of them have participated in various  student visa scams, in which they never attended classes (paying some scammer to do it for them, instead), and instead are doing–again–something likely far more nefarious.  Or they went to a fake school that didn’t really exist.  Also again, most are never found, after they’ve disappeared.  ICE agents are rewarded for the swiftness and numbers of their cases closed, NOT whether or not the cases are resolved, with the disappeared Saudi-sponsored student-visa violator actually located and deported.

So, with that, it’s not surprising that yet another, Aldawsari, has now been caught plotting an Islamic terrorist attack.  I don’t blame him.  We’ve welcomed him to our shores and given him carte blanche.  No, the blame lies solely with us and the President who kissed Saudi ass to bring more like him to our shores.

So, with this latest incident, what are we going to do about it?  Nothing.  We never do anything but bend over farther and take more insertion of the virus.  Then we’re shocked–shocked!–when these Muslims who hate us and vow our destruction actually take steps to follow through as they’ve always done.  The more we stay the same, the more they’ll continue to do the same.  So sad so many American policy-makers never learned about Pavlov’s dog.  If you give him treats, Mohammed will keep “treating” you the same.  It’s that simple.

How many more Saudi student visa-holders will we welcome to our shores?  A lot more.  Obama doesn’t have the guts to stop what Bush started.  In fact, there’s little difference between the two gutless Presidents when it comes to protecting our shores.  They both bow down to the crescent.  And ideologues on both sides keep singing both of their praises.

Still miss Bush?  Aldawsari would never have succeeded in proceeding against the wealthy and well-protected Bush.  It’s the rest of us we need to worry about.  The rest of us, about whom he didn’t worry when his Bush Library patron, then-Crown Prince Abdulllah, wanted him to double and then quadruple the number of his sponsored America haters welcomed onto U.S. soil.

More from the FBI / Department of Justice Press Release:

Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari, 20, a citizen of Saudi Arabia and resident of Lubbock, Texas, was arrested late yesterday by FBI agents in Texas on a federal charge of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction in connection with his alleged purchase of chemicals and equipment necessary to make an improvised explosive device (IED) and his research of potential U.S. targets. . . .

Aldawsari is expected to make his initial appearance in federal court in Lubbock at 9:00 a.m. on Friday morning. Aldawsari, who was lawfully admitted into the United States in 2008 on a student visa and is enrolled at South Plains College near Lubbock, faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.

According to the affidavit filed in support of the complaint, Aldawsari has been researching online how to construct an IED using several chemicals as ingredients. He has also acquired or taken a substantial step toward acquiring most of the ingredients and equipment necessary to construct an IED and he has conducted online research of several potential U.S. targets, the affidavit alleges. In addition, he has allegedly described his desire for violent jihad and martyrdom in blog postings and a personal journal.

“As alleged in the complaint, Aldawsari purchased ingredients to construct an explosive device and was actively researching potential targets in the United States. Thanks to the efforts of many agents, analysts, and prosecutors, this plot was thwarted before it could advance further,” said Assistant Attorney General Kris. “This case serves as another reminder of the need for continued vigilance both at home and abroad.”

“Yesterday’s arrest demonstrates the need for and the importance of vigilance and the willingness of private individuals and companies to ask questions and contact the authorities when confronted with suspicious activities. Based upon reports from the public, Aldawsari’s plot was uncovered and thwarted. We’re confident we have neutralized the alleged threat posed by this defendant. Those reports resulted in the initiation of a complex and far-reaching investigation requiring almost around the clock work by hundreds of dedicated FBI agents, analysts, prosecutors, and others. Their effort is another example of the work being done to protect our country and its citizens. These individuals are deserving of our respect and gratitude,” said U.S. Attorney Jacks.

“This arrest and criminal charge is a result of the success of the FBI’s counterterrorism strategy, which is to detect, penetrate, and disrupt terrorist plots in the United States and against U.S. interests abroad. In this case, FBI agents and other FBI experts worked tirelessly to neutralize the imminent terrorist threat described in the criminal complaint. The public can be justifiably proud of the national security expertise shown by the FBI in this investigation,” said Special Agent in Charge Casey.

Purchases of Chemical Ingredients and Other Equipment

The affidavit alleges that on Feb. 1, 2011, a chemical supplier reported to the FBI a suspicious attempted purchase of concentrated phenol by a man identifying himself as Khalid Aldawsari. According to the affidavit, phenol is a toxic chemical with legitimate uses, but can also be used to make the explosive trinitrophenol, also known as T.N.P., or picric acid. The affidavit alleges that other ingredients typically used with phenol to make picric acid, or T.N.P., are concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids.

Aldawsari allegedly attempted to have the phenol order shipped to a freight company so it could be held for him there, but the freight company returned the order to the supplier and called the police. Later, Aldawsari falsely told the supplier he was associated with a university and wanted the phenol for “off-campus, personal research.” Frustrated by questions being asked over his phenol order, Aldawsari cancelled his order and later e-mailed himself instructions for producing phenol. The affidavit alleges that in December 2010, he successfully purchased concentrated nitric and sulfuric acids.

According to the affidavit, legally authorized electronic surveillance revealed that Aldawsari used various e-mail accounts in researching explosives and targets, and often sent e-mails to himself as part of this process. On Feb. 11, 2011, for instance, he allegedly e-mailed himself a recipe for picric acid, which the e-mail describes as a “military explosive.” He also allegedly sent himself an e-mail on Oct. 19, 2010 that contained information on the material required for Nitro Urea, how to prepare it, and the advantages of using it.

The affidavit alleges that Aldawsari also e-mailed himself instructions on how to convert a cellular phone into a remote detonator and how to prepare a booby-trapped vehicle using items available in every home. One e-mail allegedly contained a message stating that “one operation in the land of the infidels is equal to ten operations against occupying forces in the land of the Muslims.” During December 2010 and January 2011, Aldawsari allegedly purchased many other items, including a gas mask, a Hazmat suit, a soldering iron kit, glass beakers and flasks, wiring, a stun gun, clocks, and a battery tester.

Searches of Aldawsari’s Residence

Two legally authorized searches of Aldawsari’s apartment conducted by the FBI in February 2011 indicated that the concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids; the beakers and flasks; wiring; Hazmat suit; and clocks were present in Aldawsari’s residence.

FBI agents also found a notebook at Aldawsari’s residence that appeared to be a diary or journal. According to the affidavit, excerpts from the journal indicate that Aldawsari had been planning to commit a terrorist attack in the United States for years. One entry describes how Aldawsari sought and obtained a particular scholarship because it allowed him to come directly to the United State and helped him financially, which he said “will help tremendously in providing me with the support I need for Jihad.” The entry continues: “And now, after mastering the English language, learning how to build explosives and continuous planning to target the infidel Americans, it is time for Jihad.”

In another entry, Aldawsari allegedly wrote that he was near to reaching his goal and near to getting weapons to use against infidels and their helpers. He also listed a “synopsis of important steps” that included obtaining a forged U.S. birth certificate; renting a car; using different driver’s licenses for each car rented; putting bombs in cars and taking them to different places during rush hour; and leaving the city for a safe place.

Research on Potential Targets

According to the affidavit, Aldawsari conducted research on various targets and e-mailed himself information on these locations and people. One of the documents he sent himself, with the subject line listed as “Targets,” allegedly contained the names and home addresses of three American citizens who had previously served in the U.S. military and had been stationed for a time at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.

In another e-mail titled “NICE TARGETS 01,” Aldawsari allegedly sent himself the names of 12 reservoir dams in Colorado and California. In another e-mail to himself, titled “NICE TARGETS,” he listed two categories of targets: hydroelectric dams and nuclear power plants. On Feb. 6, 2011, the affidavit alleges, Aldawsari sent himself an e-mail titled “Tyrant’s House,” in which he listed the Dallas address for former President George W. Bush. The affidavit also alleges that Aldawsari conducted research that could indicate his consideration of the use of infant dolls to conceal explosives and possible targeting of a nightclub with an explosive concealed in a backpack.

The affidavit also alleges that Aldawsari created a blog in which he posted extremist messages. In one posting, he expressed dissatisfaction with current conditions of Muslims and vowed jihad and martyrdom. “You who created mankind….grant me martyrdom for Your sake and make jihad easy for me only in Your path,” he wrote.

Yup, I’m sure the fact that he mentioned Islam, Muslim, and jihad has absolutely NOTHING to do with Islam, a peaceful fine religion which is “hijacked” by so many hijackers. As I always say, Islam hijacked them, not the other way around. But you know who the real threats are? “The racist American soldiers” and me, for writing about Lara Logan’s rape by these people.

You want more like Aldawsari? We have thousands of them a year coming to our shores. And that will never change until and unless there is a tea-party-style election uprising against every Congressman and Senator who does nothing to curb the Saudi student-visa immigration explosion.

The official purpose of these Saudi-sponsored student visas is “cultural understanding.”   PUH-LEEZE.  They already understand our culture in one word:  spineless.

Debbie,

Not speaking for all of Lubbock, Texas by any means, but I do have to say that it’s not just LA, NY or other large cities. These people are in our own backyards and they attend our colleges and universities.

The history of many nations was foreshadowed in an historical account titled “THE HISTORY OF THE DECLINE AND FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE” by the English Historian, Edwin Gibbon(circa 1772 – 1789 i.e. approx. 30 years to write).

Given the current pace of change in the world, the abysmal state of education in the U.S., and our government’s addiction to print mountain’s of increasingly worthless pieces of Fiat Currency…do we have 30 years to recognize, analyze, and remedy our potential “DECLINE AND FALL”?

I think not! Those who hate us and all of Western Civilization are not waiting. We are fooling ourselves if we think all is Kumbaya. Educate yourselves and determine how you can make a difference to save our country and culture and educate our children to face reality. If we fail in this effort, where, in all the world, will we be able to go???

We are running short on time…

Bush deserves what he gets. And, thanks Georgie for endangering all of us because you’re “friends” with the Saudis.

You poor dumb son of a bitch!

Another CIA patsy…BUSTED!

Bob Porrazzo on February 24, 2011 at 2:34 pm

This nonsense will continue until a high ranking elected official, or their family, is killed by an Arab. Only then will this country take a good hard look at its immigration policies and the habit of kow-towing to the Saudis.

But let us also be honest. This is not merely kow-towing. There is a lot of bribery of public officials taking place. Does anyone remember Abscam, when the FBI, dresses as Saudi businessman, sought to bribe congressmen? Most were Democrats, and the only congressman who refused the bribe (Murtha) did so because the bribe was not large enough (He kept getting reelected, and died in office). Other congressmen actually fought over the money. All this is on videotape.

Next time you see an elected official crawling up the backside of a Saudi, you can bet that there are $$$ at the end of the rectum, err, rainbow.

Jonathan Grant on February 24, 2011 at 2:51 pm

Jon, the reason for all the Saudi visas can be summed up in a three letter word: oil. We need it more than we need to secure America’s safety.

If the Saudis didn’t have it, they’d be told to fly a kite like with applicants from every other Arab country.

The point is we can’t tell a “good” Saudi from a “bad” one, so common sense would have us exclude them them from our allowing them here in the first place.

But common sense gets overruled by greed and also by all the lies about Islam we’ve convinced ourselves are true even when experience should have taught us different.

And there are many, many more like Aldawasari in this country.

It Takes the FBI…

Thank God for the FBI, reading the affidavit, the FBI agent did excellent work in investigating this scumbag. The scuzz was in this country legally, and although the affidavir mentions SEVIS and “immigration records” I am sure ICE had nothing to do with this other than provide the records. Where is ICE? They’re at their desks, or out to lunch, like they’re supposed to be.

Great job FBI!

TimBuck2 on February 24, 2011 at 3:10 pm

Actually, if you look deeper into the story (and I don’t have any links right now to show you) you will see that:

The FBI HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!

The FBI wasn’t even aware of this guy until they were tipped off by a concerned private citizen who thought there was something suspicious about this guy buying these “ingredients”.

Leave it to you and I, John Q. Public,et.al., to be the “eyes and ears” out there…

A little off topic but I purchased a black mamba from the pet store several years ago and I named it Muhammad. Mambas make great pets, because they’re quiet, good listeners, and easy to cleanup after. Last night he escaped from its cage and is somewhere in the house. I’m not worried, he’ll turn up.

Meanwhile, I can’t wait for NCAA Men’s March Madness Basketball to start. What do you all think?

answer: I’m crazy!!!!

Rick on February 24, 2011 at 3:11 pm

As soon as he flunked out of Texas Tech University and started school at South Plains College his visa and status should have been checked. He was not even going to SPC in Levelland but to their branch campus that used to be an air force base before it was closed.

Deb:

The United States has the best government Saudi petro-dollars can buy.

Whether it’s George Bush getting up close and personal with King Abdullah or Barak O’Bama bowing low, it’s all the same schtick.

I’ll tell you one sure way to tell when an elected government policymaker is on the Saudi payroll. When asked about the high cost of petroleum, they respond by talking about wind turbines and solar panels (or worse: hydrogen as was offered by the Bush Administration); things that will NEVER replace petroleum.

“Green jobs”, “win the future”; it’s all a diversionary tactic to buy time while the Saudis stuff their pockets and kick back to American elected policymakers. While our elected officials divert our attention away from petroleum, they make sure to remind us of the most important thing: “All this will go away if we just solve the Israel-Palestine problem.”

There is NO Santa Claus on February 24, 2011 at 3:57 pm

We could be getting oil from the Gulf of Mexico (Cuba is), off the coast of California, in Alaska, and in several other places. However, Obama and his Democratic hacks have prevented drilling in all of these areas which have at least 40-65 BILLION Barrels of oil, at a minimum.

We could have nuclear energy plants humming away. However, Obama closed the Yucca Mountain waste disposal site.

Solar and wind power, under the best of circumstances, will make up about 2% of our energy needs, and President Urkel knows this.

Jonathan Grant on February 24, 2011 at 4:57 pm

We have spread our collective national legs and allowed this toxic infection onto our shores.

I am glad to be a boomer and had the opportunity to know and be raised by the greatest generation, live in America from the 60’s to present.

Regretfully, poster Grant sees things clearly, namely, unless and until more of these jihad episodes metasticize here domestically, the left, the media, the universities, etc will continue to side against the WASP, JudeoChristian fabric of America and side with and provide cover for the Ishmaelites in our midst.

h billy on February 24, 2011 at 8:48 pm

Jonathon Grant said “This nonsense will continue until a high ranking elected official, or their family, is killed by an Arab.”

Nope, already happened. Robert Kennedy was killed by muslim sirhan sirhan. what happened about it? Nothing. So he murdered a member of the liberal royal family and we did nothing. So where do you and your family and friends rate on the government list of caring? Nowhere. Just as long as the bribes, kickbacks and election funds keep coming they will let them do what ever they want.

The United States government, the best money can buy.

ender on February 24, 2011 at 9:14 pm

Thanks Debbie! You did a great job showing this as part of the larger pattern of other attempts to attack us. Let’s not forget that Islam is not the Religion of Peace. It’s the Religion of Submission. And Bush’s and Obama’s bowing and scraping to the Saudis shows that our government is well on its way to that.

This is one thing I take against G. W. Bush. He handed America’s foreign policy to the Saudi family to manage. There is no state called Saudi Arabia. there is the Estate of the Saudi family in Arabia. Ironically this family is a member of the United Nations and Families. Here we are suffering the results of Bush’s foolish policy of listening to the Saudi Family. You see they create instability to raise the price of oil and we are acting like fools. Foolishness must have become a human right.

G. R. SCHAROUBIM on February 25, 2011 at 3:15 pm

    G. R. SCHAROUBIM,
You give Dubya more credit than he deserves.
The fact is Dubya was just an AWOL, spoilt goof fed on Saudi riches even before he was elected. It was obvious that Dubya would play to his Wahhabbi master’s voice. AS expected, right after 9/11, Dubya spat on America, taking Islam’s side. He let Bin-Ladens to safety when alll, repeat, all US flights were grounded, he blanked pages on Saudi Arabia from the interim 9/11 report. Finally Dubya, doubled, repeat, DOUBLED Sadi studeit’s visas.. yes, the same visas terrorists used to attack US.

Also, few know that Al-Sauds were scard of Saddam. Entire world knows that Bush made-up the WMD excuse and attacked Saddam. Few know that Al-Sauds were scared of Saddam and wanted him removed. Who better to do Wahhabbi’s dirty job than their trusted slave, Al-Bush?

Alert on February 26, 2011 at 10:18 pm

Before you let Obama off the hook, what about the numerous multimillion dollar latest technology F-16’s we just sent the Saudis purportedly to thwart any threat from Iran. Why not just send them a nuke?
