Religion of Stealing Your Winning Lottery Tix, #458,321

By Debbie Schlussel

I’ve written about Arab convenience store and gas station owners stealing winning lottery tickets from customers, before.  Most of them are Muslim, though some are Christian Arabs.  Third World values of ripping off “dumb American infidels” die hard.  And, as many state and federal law enforcement officials have told me for years, a good deal of the winnings is suspected of going to Islamic terrorist groups “back home,” in addition to lining the store owners’ pockets. If they can find a way to rip off non-Muslims and make extra money to finance terrorism, it’s what they do. It’s called “halal money.” And it’s one of the many reasons I’ve given you for not patronizing Muslim-owned businesses (read my tips for deciphering which business are owned by Muslims).

Muslim Store Owners Ripped Off Many Lottery Winners, Including Milledge McCassell

Here’s the latest of many, many more such scams to come–another reason NOT to buy a lottery ticket (from a Muslim), this one in Jamaica, New York.  In many cases, as in this one, the lottery winners ripped off by the Muslims are Black.  There is tremendous racism in the Arabic and Islamic worlds, and they feel extra-empowered to take advantage of Black people.

The deli clerk who tried to swindle a grandfather out of a $14 million lottery ticket was the shopowner’s son – and he claims it was all a mistake, a source familiar with the case said Saturday.

“‘It was just an accident! It was just an accident!'” clerk Salem Al Saidi, 18, told investigators, according to the source.

Uh-huh. Sure, it was.  Just like John Dillinger’s bank robberies were “just an accident.”  It’s funny–the last time I wrote about this the Arab store owner also said it was “an accident.” Wow, a lot of “accidental” cheating of people out of their lottery winnings.  Maybe they should take out “accidental” lying about lottery tickets insurance.

Milledge McCassell, 72, handed his ticket to the clerk Aug. 25 after a self-scan machine at the Dynasty Deli and Grocery in Jamaica told him he was the “Big Winner.”

But Al Saidi allegedly told the retired transit worker that the ticket wasn’t what he thought and gave him “a few dollars,” lottery officials said.

“You didn’t give me the big-winner ticket,” the teen told the retiree.

Al Saidi’s brother, 16-year-old Hashi, claimed yesterday that his brother wasn’t trying to rip off anyone and insisted the whole thing “was a mistake.”

“He was tired and threw out the ticket by accident,” the teenager said, recounting what his brother told him.

“The guy came back and they looked for the ticket in the trash and couldn’t find it,” he said. “Then, the cops came and they found it.”

He said his brother had been working full-time at Dynasty until he was fired two days ago over the missing lottery ticket.

That differs from the story McCassell and investigators are telling. McCassell says he went back three times and was turned away by Al Saidi and his brother Abdullah Al Saidi, 33, who claimed they “couldn’t find it in the garbage,” the source said.

Investigators went to the store to question the clerks and review electronic information. When the data cast doubt on Al Saidi’s story, the ticket suddenly reappeared, lottery officials said.

PUH-LEEZE. We all know what’s going on here. The Arab Muslim deli owners deliberately lied to the Black guy (they refer to Blacks as “abed” or “abeed”–slave or slaves), took his lottery ticket, and were going to cash it in for themselves, stealing his millions. That’s what they do. This isn’t the first time. And it definitely won’t be the last, alhamdillullah [praise allah].

McCassell finally got his big $8.7 million lump-sum payout on Friday – nearly a month after winning.

Queens prosecutors were investigating. No charges had been filed as of yesterday afternoon.

The deli has been banned from Lottery sales, and a source said state police were building a case to get Salem Al Saidi indicted.

About time. Some questions:

Who are the Al-Saidis? Where are they from? Where does the majority of their money from their all-cash business go? Will they denounce Hezbollah, HAMAS, and the Taliban? How much of their money is going to one of these groups or another Islamic terrorist group or a radical mosque or Islamic school right here in America? What fraction of it did they actually report as income on their taxes?

I would bet money that this family is under investigation by the feds for more than trying to cheat poor Black grandfathers out of millions in lottery winnings. But, per usual, the feds probably won’t do anything, so these people will probably do probation–if anything at all–for this massive attempt at stealing.

“Religion of Peace” and stealing much more than a piece of your lottery winnings.

Yup…. they make the Italian mob look like amateurs in the organized crime business.

But don’t look for a Hollywood to make movies about Islamic organized crime any time soon.

Its still ain’t “halal” there to green-light such projects.

In my experience “Christian” is negated when followed by the word “Arab”.

Arab trumps it all… scoundrels.

Sounds like these boys need to have an “accident” of their own. Or, just cut off their hands. Isn’t this the way sharia is suppossed to work?

Grandpa should buy out the gas station, switch the gas brand to a non-muslim supply, and put a sign outside of the door saying “No Muslims Allowed”.

Who would trust a liquer store attendant to tell them they had won millions? Who plans their financial well being around a lottery ticket? The lottery is a tax for stupid people and an enormous source of free income for the government.

Farmerjohn on September 20, 2010 at 3:24 pm

Even if you do not like gambling or lotteries, does that making stealing the winnings alright? You seem to be suffering from some moral tunnel vision.

    Worry01 on September 21, 2010 at 7:13 pm

Farmerjohn-I won $5,000 years ago and maybe play $20 a year.

Allen on September 20, 2010 at 3:54 pm

@ Allen

My ex-wife played ten dollars a week for the entire 16 years we were married. She won a grand total of about $500.00 in all that time. I watch welfare sluts and section 8 parasites blow their paychecks at the local quickie mart every week. They are all still poor. You are the proverbial exception to the rule. While I congratulate you on your good fortune, I still say the lottery is a huge scam to keep poor people poor and the state rolling in free money.

Farmerjohn on September 20, 2010 at 5:24 pm

The State run lotteries are stupid taxes. I feel so sad for the dopes who throw away their $$$ at such crap.

In my town years ago, a small shop tried to steal some ladies lottery ticket. What dirtbags the owners were. I think they were Middle Eastern too…not sure if Muslim or Christian.

What shocked me most was that I thought the store would go out of business due to the stolen ticket. It never did. It’s still in business. I would NEVER give those thieves my business and was shocked that some peeps still would. Disgraceful.

The best thing to do is just let people know about that place. It is a place to avoid and never patronize.

    Worry01 on September 21, 2010 at 7:23 pm

It is always an “accident” or “misunderstanding” when they get caught. Just like they always get mental exams after attempting or actually doing a terrorist act so they say they were crazy and not responsible. Not our fault that islam is a mental illness.

no offence but people who blow their money on lottery tickets deserve to get ripped off. Maybe if they save this money and get an education instead

atm on September 21, 2010 at 1:29 am

one more thing,if you want to be a millionaire, then work your way there

atm on September 21, 2010 at 1:30 am

“no offence but people who blow their money on lottery tickets deserve to get ripped off.”

Tis offensive, actually. So what if some dopes choose to waste money on a volunteer tax? Why does that make them “deserve” to get ripped off?

If the poor guy was slipping bets to some illegal mob crew and got robbed by them, oh well. If he blows money on gambling and is on welfare or other public assistance- yeah, maybe there should be some consequence regarding his public assistance. But “deserves” to get ripped off?

Psycho Phreak on September 21, 2010 at 2:55 pm

No, they do not. Would you like to be reminded of what you said when you buy a used car or some appliance? You are assuming a very Islamist attitude. That is probably how they justify their actions to themselves.

    Worry01 on September 21, 2010 at 7:25 pm

Once in a while I get lucky & win a free ticket or $10 or somesuch. The minute the scan says I won, I sign the back of the ticket…I don’t trust most party-store clerks to scan it & tell me what it’s worth.

It’s just common sense in light of all the stories of con games these people play.

P. Aaron on September 21, 2010 at 3:30 am

I actually won $500 on a scratch lottery ticket at a quickie mart. To my surprise the clerk said that it was an error and offered me a soda. I gave him some advice regarding being truthful and walked to a liquor store several blocks away and they cashed the ticket there.

It is a good hustle and they prey on stupid people. So if they try it 100 times and are successful 10 times, they win, and win big. State lottery commissions should investigate and yank the licenses from these clowns. But they don’t care who wins, because lotteries are a huge cash cow. I only play scratch tickets once in a blue moon, not everyday.

Hi Debbie,

This exact thing happened in Canada too with Muslim owned stores ripping off unsuspecting lottery winners until the government stepped in and now has the screens facing outwards towards the customer when the ticket is scanned for winnnings. However, being Canadian, it was not polite to point out that it was Muslims scamming us poor infidels.

My policy has always been to avoid any Muslim owned stores or services (duct cleaning, home reno etc). I always check the labels of goods that I buy and if it is from any of the Middle East or Muslim countries, I will rather go without. If we all did our part, we would definitely chip away at this monstrous religion and its violent adherents

Anita on September 21, 2010 at 11:48 am

I see people handing tickets over to clerks to check same all the time. Generally, until tickets are signed, they are a bearer instrument. However, I don’t by them. Some are based on odds of over 60 million to 1 for the jackpot.

You guys are the biggest ***holes i ever about in my life. You guys are racist, ignorant, blinded, childish, illiterate, barbaric, stupid, SOB’s. Tell me what does this particular incident have to f***in do with race or religion??????? If you guys weren’t so dumb and idiots then you would’ve had the commonsense on not to associate any race or religion due to a particular individual’s actions, but no, all you SOB’s can due, my mistake, i mean all your intellectual limited brains can do is to talk your way, so in a way, i give you a little leeway, if you weren’t so f**kin dumb and also raised the way you guys are, then you would’ve knew not to associate any of this with a race or religion. 1 last thing, i actually know this guy that this happened to, but u don’t see me defending him (not saying he’s guilty), instead I’m defending the REAL flaws of PEOPLE LIKE YOU!! its called, “IGNORANCE” wiich a lot of people in the US have. What a shame…….

Well im not gonna stoop so low as to curse. But you are judging a perfect religion by its imperfect followers. NO lottery money can ever be halal, take note of a case in UK where the mosque project was abandoned when the communnity learned the money came from a lotto winner. So maybe there are arab shop owners stealing ticket money. If you americans went poor one day, you would be opening shops in mid east and doing FAR WORSE to your customers. As a matter of fact europe was poor and backwards in the middle ages, you became ‘civilized’ after learning from the great ISLAMIC EMPIRES – go read ma’am you need to find out what happened in ww1 and ww2 to split up the empire and turn a great nation to american immgrants who steal tickets, how low. I dont blame the UN or white Europe, but you must consider what arabs would be like today if they NEVER had thier leadership, and land borders meddled with by the french and brit and GERMAN thieves!!! You probably endorse Donald Trump and his take the oil policy. That makes you a very foul hypocrite. In Islam we dont point fingers, we SHOULD be asking God for help, by joining hands in the muslim lands to get rid of puppet regimes created by america and her allies. BUT you are still creating more puppet regimes after the old ones failed in egypt and libya, its a slow deceptive process to make muslims THINK they have power. Egypt will now be far more privatized, and american corporations will have far more leverage to steal, not lottery tickets, but billions of dollars of natural resources in OUR lands. By spilling OUR blood. Muslims are honest in business dealings as per code but amero-euros are hell bent on taking our resources, i.e. India, totally robbed of valuables, for a period of 2 or 3 centuries. Turned the most lavish luxurious country in the WORLD to a dirty place. AND people like you are the ones who complain about us coming and taking your jobs. My dad never took anyones job. Whites in north america are far too lazy to drive cabs. But my dad did well, and funded my engineering degree by working hard at it, he is retired and has done better than average whites in my town.

Noah, who’s paying you to be so self righteous? Sanctimony is just stepped-up bigotry so why are you lecturing us?

I’ve had Muslim convenience store clerks and owners try to screw me out of small lottery winnings. Take the ticket, refuse to pay, refuse to give ticket back. I threaten them and threaten to call the lottery commission. That get’s their attention.

“Perfect religion, imperfect followers” … That argument is so, so old and worn out. I recommend therapy for you crybabies on this thread.

Religion is what keeps the uneducated in line. The Bible was made up by the Jews. It is a fictional account of the Most profitable Lie ever created. 85% of those who attend are the ones that have committed crimes on humanity. #1. They pray on children, many being molested without their parents ever knowing. They tried it on me but, pulled away when they found out that my parents would have killed anyone causing harm to their Children. #2. They always go after the Children whos Parents are weak. Watch the news and you will discover that the Children Molested by Clergy, always had Parents who looked, acted and thought, like wimps. In fact, a small percentage of parents allow their children to be fondled, they consider this as payment/donation, if they do not have the 10-20% that churches seek from families. And if you cannot come up with the Cash, they will substitute sex as payment. Take 100 teens that are in trouble during their Junior High Age and on. Say 60 of them went to church on a regular basis. By the time they are 12, over 40 of them would have been raped, forced and/or volunteered into a Homosexual experience while attending a church. I know, I experienced it, it’s not always the Preacher but, generally always, a Man over the Age of 55. And always a member of the Staff were they were allowed to be in control of Children. I made it through it without any long term problems but, 35 of them will have problems that will last a lifetime. Parents, never trust anyone in a church with your children, in fact, never get involved in a church independent of your spouse. Churches always separate spouses because, it’s easier to get into an individuals head, instead of a group of 2 or more. Remember, if God was really involved with the church you are attending why would you ever have to donate a dime? If he is what the bible says, you don’t need Money to Grow, Survive, Learn. He is supposed to do all that for you, if you ask or follow him. Preachers now purchase Doctors Degrees through the internet and call themselves Doctors of Religion. Since when, is religion like an Army Command were you have the General, Colonel, Captains and Sergeants. The bible states all is one and one is all. No one is more than the other. Only God is to be looked up to, no man can claim his place but many of you do. Going as far as having sex with the Preacher and his goons. I cannot say it’s only Women because Men, have been having sex with the clergy for as long as the Bible has been around. Religion is a Magnet for the homosexual, both males and females, this is because they believe that if you keep to the chuch in your endevours, the less likely you are to catch a cold. Many humans give every Sunday and them some, while their children remain poor both in taste and education. Pentecostals and many others teach to keep your children at home, teach them the bible only, don’t allow them TV or the Internet. They say the Devil is in these two inventions. And they listen, go to their Church sometime and experience their beliefs. They run up and down the isles, snot running down their noses, they passout at the alter stating that the holy ghoat/ghost has filled them. It’s intertaining and surely a sight to see! They babble stating that it is god speaking to them, Only! It’s kind of funny because in all other churches the word of god is always in the language of the Country. I guess the Devil also works in mysterious ways. Anyway, just blow your Money on Lottery Tickets, in the long run youll be no worse off and Maybe, like God, a millionaire.
