Regardless of who next occupies the California gubernatorial seat, I’m betting the state will be better off than with the current occupant. Still, I hope the comedy gold he keeps contributing will continue after he leaves office. Comedy like this . . .
Back in 2004 when Schwarzenegger was about to be elected into office, I felt that Cali voters would’ve been better voting for the conservative McClintock–who seemed a lot more adamant preaching fiscal responsibility than what Ah-nold did. I think Arnold’s problem is that he’s trying to please a moderate.
Warren Beatty, he with the Fisher-Price political insight, spoke of how California needed MORE taxes amidst many businesses leaving California for more business-friendly states like Texas and Florida (neither of which has state income taxes).
Schwarzenegger’s struggles to make the Golden State solvent don’t surprise me.

I use to like Conan the Barbarian but now he is turning his legacy upside down. People are enamoured by these movie stars turned politicians, and the phony conservatives till little by little our laws and policies will eat away at the fabric of society.
