Deja Vu All Over Again: Schlussel Flashback – UK Courts Disclose US Intelligence

By Debbie Schlussel

A number of sheep who haven’t a clue on national security but echo Drudge Report headlines are all up in arms about the British courts forcing the UK to disclose confidential US intelligence material allegedly showing “torture” of Al-Qaeda terrorist and Gitmo detainee Binyam Mohamed (see also, here), who was a protege of Abdullah Al-Muhajir a/k/a Jose Padilla and traveled with him.  The Ethiopian claimed he was “touring” Pakistan, and the intelligence material actually shows nothing about “torture.”

But to longtime readers, it ain’t news.  That’s because I wrote about this four months ago.  DebbieSchlussel.com Flashback:

Binyam Mohamed: Not Tortured, But, Yes, a Terrorist

UK High Court: Hey, Let’s Share U.S. Intelligence w/ Terrorists, Islamists, October 19, 2009

And as I asked then, I’ll ask again here:  why is the U.S. sharing intelligence with a country dominated by a soon-to-be Muslim majority?  More from my column back in October:

I’ve been warning about this for years:  that so long as Europe continues to become ever more Muslim-dominated, when we share our intelligence with them, we’re essentially sharing it with Islamic terrorists and/or their enablers in European governments.

And, now, there’s yet another example of this coming to fruition.  It will jeopardize the lives of our undercover operatives, expose our methods, sources, and tactics, and further weaken our efforts to uncover and defeat the enemy.

Read the rest. Remember, you read it here first, four months ago. Everyone else: also-rans.

A good article to post on 2-11. So damn many people are sheep and know more about who was the star of the superblow and nothing about the important stuff.

As I wrote previously here – If this is a recent picture of this terrorist (when he was supposed to have been tortured), he looks too damn good to have been tortured. I give our intelligence community a score of D- if they actually tortured this guy. Come on guys, if you are going to torture, make it look like you actually tortured him. Don’t play by Obummer’s rules, make these scumbags talk.

The National Post has also reported that BM (Binyam Mohamed) is also alleging “genital mutilation” (I’m not joking). Of course, this is yet another shakedown attempt, as in, “I was tortured! Tortured I tell you!” The Brits will probably reward him with gazillions of dollars…along with some plastic implants and a caselot of Viagra.

Yep. We’re giving Al Qaeda a crash course in American weaknesses. As Europe becomes more Muslim-dominated, intelligence sharing would be akin to giving a robber the key to ransack your home. Stupid is as stupid does!

Two Middle East mothers are sitting in a cafe chatting over a plate of
tabouli and a pint of goat’s milk. The older of the two pulls a bag out of
her purse and starts flipping through photos. They start reminiscing.

‘This is my oldest son, Mujibar. He would have been 24 years old now.’

‘Yes, I remember him as a baby,’ says the other mother cheerfully.

‘He’s a martyr now though,’ the mother confides.

‘Oh, so sad dear,’ says the other.

‘And this is my second son, Khalid. He would have been 21.’

‘Oh, I remember him,’ says the other happily, ‘he had such curly hair when
he was born.’

‘He’s a martyr too,’ says the mother quietly.

‘Oh, gracious me . . . , ‘ says the other.

‘And this is my third son. My baby. My beautiful Ahmed. He would have been
18,’ she whispers.

‘Yes,’ says the friend enthusiastically, ‘I remember when he first started
school.’

‘He’s a martyr also,’ says the mother, with tears in her eyes.

After a pause and a deep sigh, the second Muslim mother looks wistfully at
the photographs and, searching for the right words, says . . .

‘They blow up so fast, don’t they?’

Al-Qaida’s “playbook”, captured on the battlefields of Afghanistan years ago, includes recommendations that those caught and subject to trial claim they were tortured and subject to mistreatment. Mohammed is just putting his “training” into practice.

to Raymond in DC:
Yes , I also remember the item about the alQaeda playbook. That ties in well with victim-101 mentality on the left..they eat it up.
The US, more than almost anything, needs to quickly figure out who it’s allies are, and rank them. (Fat chance of that happening with the current WH). The UK is an ally, but thanks to the current demographics, are not to be ranked as highly as before. What countries are down (oops- Obamaspeak) with longstanding American values…..that’s what Americans – individually – need to ask.
