Obtuse Janet: Homeland Security Brainfart & Quote of the Day #2

— A friend of mine who attended a speech by Department of Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano, Sunday Night, at which the clueless Napolitano touted the glories of extremist Muslims to an Orthodox Jewish audience.

Ah, the obtuseness of DHS chief Janet Napolitano a/k/a “The Lesbionic Woman.” On Sunday Night, Napolitano spoke at the annual fundraising dinner for the Yeshiva Beth Yehudah, an Orthodox Jewish academy for higher learning for boys and girls in metro Detroit (which my father attended as a boy). She was speaking to a very religious crowd of Orthodox Jews. We’re talking men who wear black hats and beards and women who cover their hair and dress modestly. And most of them would have a very hard time getting into Dubai or the rest of the United Arab Emirates.
The manly-garbed Ms. (or is it Mr.?) Napolitano spoke in all her husky-voiced glory (not that there’s anything wrong with that) to the audience about her recent Islamo-pandering trip to Dubai and how she was involved in improving education for Muslim girls and women, there. I’m not sure how that concerns homeland security (other than the hope that pandering to extremists and their chicks will make them like us more, and it won’t). But do you really think that a group of mostly pro-Israel Orthodox Jews is the audience for waxing lyrical on how she’s increasing the education of Islamic women in a country that abides the Arab boycott of Israel (where many of these people have relatives) and refuses to allow entry to Jews with Israeli stamps on their passports (which is also a good percentage of this audience at the Yeshiva)? Do you think they care to hear about the joys of educating extremist women in a country that is gladly the shipping point for nuclear components to Iran for doomsday weapons it aims at Israel?
Oh, and Mr. Napolitano conveniently forgot to mention that this “education of Islamic women” was at Zayed University, a school named for the late U.A.E. President Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, a noted anti-Semite, who funded speakers and books featuring Holocaust-denial and blaming 9/11 on Israel, the Jews, the Mossad, and the American government. Yup, that’s exactly the place for a Secretary of Homeland Security for the United States of America to be appearing, manly or not.
And as for education, is this head of Homeland Security really that ignorant that the 19 hijackers were among the most educated Muslims in the world or that highly educated Islamic women like Dr. Aafia Siddiqi worked on U.S. soil to help Al-Qaeda attempt terrorist attacks? How ’bout the highly educated (courtesy of American taxpayers) Nidal Malik Hasan, the Fort Hood Islamic terrorist?

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that Napolitano is spending her time heading Homeland Security involved in the completely irrelevant activity of pandering to some hijab-encrusted extremist Muslim girls in Dubai and getting them an Oprah-style school. Since she shut down Leigh Winchell and his ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents in Seattle–as well as those around the rest of the country–from enforcing the law and raiding illegal aliens and their employers, there isn’t much to do. Right? Yes, this is our “homeland security,” now–going to islands of evil to induce extremist women in black sheets to get a college degree in hate. Wow, I feel so much safer now that they have a diploma, because, you know, Ayman Al-Zawahiri, MD was never educated. This baloney started in the Bush era and ramped up even more in the Obama one.
Friends of mine–a married couple–attended the dinner and Reno, er . . . Napolitano speech. The husband is an extremely masculine guy. Think Jim Belushi, but far more handsome. And his wife told me that Napolitano made him AND former Attorney General Janet Reno look like ballerinas. She said the audience streamed out in droves while Napolitano spoke her drivel gushing over the Emirates and the women of Dubai. She told me that “The Lesbionic Woman” was choice #50 for a speaker at this event (numbers 1-49 couldn’t do it). Gee, I wonder why.
Exit Question: Do you think Janet Napolitano would have the chutzpah to speak about an Orthodox Jewish Yeshiva at a Dubai girls’ school?
Yeah, riiiiight.
